Review summary

The worst Cruise Ship and some staff, and very unorganized in so many ways, of any cruise I have ever been on! This was for my Daughter's Birthday and the first time the other girl that was with us had ever cruised...I had bragged and told her how relaxing and fun cruising was...I sure was wrong! I was also really looking forward to this for months and instead of a vacation, it was a nightmare!

There was one waiter that was very nice...some of the workers were very rude...not welcoming like normal and had an attitude...Room steward didn't even have our towels made into animals when we got into our room....I asked him to make one for my Daughter because it was her Birthday but he never did...Didn't ask if we needed anything

This ship was very unorganized...they ran out of luggage tags the day we were suppose to put our luggage out...housekeeping had to pick it up...have never experienced this before. Usually they are in your cabin...the lines were horrible getting off of the ship...we wait forever...didn't actually get off until 12:30 pm...have never had this problem! People were trying to board as we were coming off....glad we didn't have a flight or we would have missed it! But had a 9 hour drive home! And the man at Customs was very rude because we didn't have a passport, when we didn't have to have one to board the ship! He didn't won't to have to type our information off of our Birth Certificate in and told us to have a passport next time! This was the worst cruise I have ever been on! And I have been on 6!

Beautiful and did Dolphin excursion...but the timing of excursion was a little strange...so didn't get much time on the Island because we did latest time

It never ceases to amaze me how two different people in two cabins on same floor area almost next to each other and one is outraged and the other states best cruise ever!!

Yes she did a review. But some of her issues were a bit over the top. Nothing you can do about rude custom officers. Stating that the crew was rude might have something to do with the posters attitude. You want them to be friendly then you have to show them some respect. I have seen people act like they are the only ones on the ship and deserve all the attention. You get back what you give. It doesn't take much to say Good Morning, please and thank you. And heaven forbid they didn't get towel animals! How many times did she have to state it was her daughter's birthday and they were traveling with her daughters friend? I would think that they were at least young adults. And if your lobster was raw then send it back!!! We spent 14 days on Miracle and had not a single issue other than when we got to our cabin the beds were made up for twins. Found our steward and he quickly changed it. Also he and his assistant were the best! We have kept in touch with him. Obviously a lot has to do with what you expect. This isn't a private cruise and you aren't the only one on board. Change of attitude makes a huge difference. And that is MY personal opinion!!

Mold is dangerous so if you found mold they would definitely have done something about it. I cruised on the Vista in January and the shower curtain was moldy, they came to change it after I called guest relations. I waited maybe 10 minutes for them to arrive. They were apologetic even guest relations left a message to ask if I was satisfied. It's not the cruise's fault you had a negative attitude and didn't do any of the activities or go to the entertainment. Really the customs agent works for the federal government NOT Carnival. Perhaps cruising is not for you

If you found mold, that is a problem that should have notified. Customer service is open 24 hrs. I had cruise on the Miracle before. Sorry to hear about your bad experience, once I found a tiny bug in a different ship, I called and within minutes, I had two people knocking at my door, they inspected my whole cabin, including drawers and closets, even under the beds. We just came from the Horizon, it was great. It has a little change from the Vista.😊

we took the miracle last year to cabo, and it wasn't the greatest ship. freedom the year before was better. this year it's the breeze.
