A: I believe there will be a luau party. Also there is a throwback day (trying to replicate some cruise activities from the 1980s) - normally held on latter part of cruise. Silent white party. I forget what else. I think all of their cruises have th... e mega party too. I am just starting to really think about this cruise.See More

A: Just go to guest services after muster and request a medical cooler. They charged me a $75.00 deposit that was refunded upon return. Just make sure you turn it to the cold setting instead of the hot setting. Lesson learned. This not only k... ept my wife’s insulin cold but there was also room for a couple beverages.See More

A: all true. if you know the room number, punch it into YouTube to see if someone has made a video. remember, videos from the Legend, Pride, and Sprit rooms should be the same

A: Sounds like you have a deck 4 cabin. If so the floorplan of the cabin is more akin to an Oceanview on a lower deck ,than a normal Interior. BUT you will have a lifeboat obstructing much of the window, so you do get natural light but no straight out v... iew, but you can look downward and see water.See More

A: I have that type of room booked for 2025. It's my understanding that it will be a floor to ceiling window, with a lifeboat or beam in front of it. You'll be able to see outside, but it will be blocked from seeing much.
Answered by OGWonderWoman on July 14, 2023
A: It is a cabin with a window facing the front of the ship. Looking out over what they call the secret deck. You should be able to get to it from your floor. I also had an interior cabin with portholes on the Magic, the cabin was as big as a balcony ca... bin with one bed and a sleeper sofa.See More

A: those front cabins with the window to the walk way are HORRIBLE...the only cabin in 32 cruises that we didn't like.

A: I would say don't make the decision based on the free wine. Its absolutely horrible wine. however, the first night is the best night to go because the MDR is often a cluster on the first night with inexperienced cruisers and overwhelmed staff. I hav... e learned to always use some kind of specialty restaurant on the first night. You'll miss the sweet and sour shrimp...which is great..but you can grab some on the buffet.See More
Answered by cbyron3 on May 24, 2023
A: Generally only offered on embarkation night. Some longer voyages will extend the free house wine offer to the first Elegant Evening (the night with the MDR included lobster tail entree).

A: All depends on the itinerary. Carnival tries to limit the Elegant Nights to seadays only. 1st Elegant Night tends to be on day 2 of the cruise unless that is a port day. The 2nd American Feast menu Elegant Night is almost always 2 nights before deba... rkation, but could be 3 nights before if that 1 is a port day. Only on cruises 9 days and over listed as Journeys Cruise is there a 3rd, & that's on the Throwback Seaday.See More

A: You can easily and cheaply take BART from the airport to EMBARCADERO station and then walk to the Cruise Terminal, or if there's large luggage involved call a Lyft or Uber. San Francisco has fantastic public transportation
Answered by RogueWaveRider on February 16, 2023
A: You are not asking a question with a clear yes or no answer. Public transportation is safe, easy and cheap. No round trip but can book 2 one-way through cruiseline. these can be crowded or even sell out so may not be available or preferred by some... . Uber/Lyft/taxis are also an option. So are private transfers. Personally, I don't fly in the day of cruise.See More
