Pool needs attention. Lifeguards need more help. Kids should be allowed to wear Swimmers. They said they would rather my three year have an accident in the pool than wear a Swimmer diaper. Staff always sincere. The tips situation needs fixed. The hallway singers were not good. Shows were fun. It is ridiculous that we waited around on two excursions for people. I missed thirty minutes of my excursion two days in a row because people were running late! When an excursion is only three to four hours, that 30 minutes is expensive and not fair to the rest of the group.

This was one of the few cruises that were going over my birthday dates and ports I’ve never visited. I still feel like I haven’t visited Honduras because it was a bay island and Belize because it was such a odd experience. But it was good to boat to relax on. Had a front cabin and did not feel any rocking. The most was one day at dinner some shaking.

Boat is very out dated, room was dirty and room service dishes would sit in the hall ways for hours. Cheers package was a waste of money. Bubbly package was a waste of money. Should have known when there were tons of guests carrying on cases of soda and their own cups. Every time we wanted a drink we had to find an open bar, never saw anyone to get us drinks. Do not do late dining or you will miss everything. All shows were geared towards the early dining guests. If you are a late night person-good luck! Food late night is the choice of pizza or hotdogs, hamburgers, fries or a small selection sandwiches. This boat has nothing after 11 or so just the casino is open all night. Bars on the pool deck closed around 6 so if you wanted to swim and have a drink you had to find an open bar. Room: was dirty and we constantly had to call about pool towels and you could not exchange dirty towels at the pool. Towels at the pool had to be signed out and returned by 8pm. Food at the buffet was average and the lines where so long. Took over 30 min to get pizza all the time. Dining room food was nothing special, had the same thing just about every night with a few changes. Waiters did not know our names until the last night. We’ve been on cruises where the wait staff had our drinks and apps waiting for us when we arrived for dinner. These people did nothing besides bring us food. Never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks or even if we needed anything from the bar. We had three cabins and were not even placed together for dinner until we all squeezed into the table. (10 people at a table set for 6 people) Felt very nickled and dimed on this cruise. The performers for the shows were horrible and could not sing or dance. The only awesome show was the comedy with Manny. He is hilarious. The cruise director was nice and his staff was great. We booked with prepaid gratuities and where charged gratuities by Carnival. We called while on boat and they could do NOTHING for us. We are now fighting to get our money back. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR A CRUISE.

Smaller older ship. Easy to get pool chairs and no lines. Less activities and amenities since ship is older. Loved the ports but wish there was a sea day in between ports. Staff was excellent.

This cruise if for those that want a great deal on a cruise and don't necessarily care about an updated ship or care about the internet. For veteran cruisers, this ship will frustrate you because of it's outdated spaces, lack of amenities, crazy design and weirdly dark decor, and if you need the internet at all, it will drive you mad. The main dining room although crazy in decor has good food and the upscale restaurant was amazing. The Cruise Director was great along with the piano bar and main lobby performers

Cruise was great, but employees didn't work together on disembarkation.

Nice trip , old ship needs updating food not great

We are one trip away from platinum on Carnival, as well as using other lines. We have noticed a down sliding in the quality of the experience on Carnival. The Buffet food is the same, and gets boring. There are very few of the fun line dance. hairy chest types of experiences at the pools. The bars have fewer bartenders. All the service people try very hard, but if they are not given quality materials, they can't create a marvelous experience for the travelers.

Had a great time with family! The deck was too hot and burned our feet. My only complaint :)

This was our first summer cruise and didn't know what to expect. We are gold VIFP members of Carnival so this wasn't our first Carnival cruise. We have been pleased with Carnival until this cruise. The ports were great and made up for the lack of quality entertainment and food. We had a balcony room which was a good size. Our cabin steward was great and helped us with the lack of only having one plug in the room to charge anything, he hooked us up with a three plug adaptor. If this would have been our first cruise on Carnival I would never cruise with them again, but because it wasn't, I would just make sure to go on a newer ship like the Breeze, Dream or the Horizon.

Everything good except the teenagers from hell in the cabin next door(132). Father registered in the room but left three 17 year old boys alone to run wild with screaming, banging, and blasting music. Numerous calls and visits to guest services resulted in only temporary relief, broken promises, and worthless apologies. Naps disturbed and sleep interrupted.

The cruise was great! The staff was wonderful and very attentive!

This was an enjoyable cruise on Carnival. I had previously visited all of the ports but still found new excursions to enjoy. This ship is older and shows some signs of wear but still comfortable and clean. The Serenity deck for adults was fantastic. The comedians were fantastic, especially Kim Harrison and Larry Omaha! We purchased bottles of alcohol to take home and found the prices on ship to be much lower than at home and lower than most of the duty free shops in port. There were a lot of children on the ship but they must have been well entertained because we were not bothered by them in any way.

Without exception, the Carnival staff consistently facilitated the most relaxing & comfortable environment for a week away from the usual demands of daily life. Considering the high number of passengers within one vessel - all be it of large size - the requirements of eating, transit within and without, and overall management & upkeep were met with remarkable expertise, patience, and friendliness. My wife and I applaud your dedication that reflects endurance through the many cruises you oversee week to week!

This was our first cruise and we were somewhat disappointed. The ship is very outdated and needs to be decommissioned. They had select places to eat and drink open so you soent much time in line waiting. The cabin was decent, our steward Sudane was amazing. Maybe the highlight of the trip regarding the actual cruise. At this point, this may be our first and last cruise.

We had a fantastic firs time cruise experience! Juan was our waiter and did an excellent job of making sure all of our requests and needs were met. Putu was our room attendant and also did an excellent job of ensuring everything was just right. He would often greet us in the hall each day and ask how everything was going. These two certainly made us feel that we not only had every need met but also every comfort to ensure our best vacation! We would highly recommend Juan and Putu be requested for your dinner service and room attendant!

From beginning to end we had a great experience. I would recommend Carnival Cruise for a small or large group. There is something for everyone.

This was a great vacation. The cruise ship was great! The staff was amazing and so was the food! Any wait until our next cruise!
