Pros: - Great value - Nice way to see Alaska - Convenient embarkation port (San Francisco) - On-board band was awesome! - Amazing onboard crew who were friendly and diligent. Cons: - Terrible food. Slow lines and food quality was low. - Many evening shows were boring fillers. There were full dancing/singing show for only 3 out of the 11 nights.

Amazing time! Carnival can’t control the “outside” weather but provided excellent activities and performances to keep us entertained “inside”.

Overall it was good. Great service, some good food, and entertainment. I would have spent one more day in Cabo vs going to Ensenada in the future though.

I was not a vacationing cruiser, opting for a cruise to seclude myself to make writing progress. And it was successful! Thanks.

You get what you pay for. The food was okay and the room was clean and comfy. The entertainment was below par. Due to poor weather no outside ship activities could be used so plan way head on when you travel. Pick some sort of event on Catalina because there is not much else to do. If you are okay with a lot of walking then the tours are good because they are small (we had 7 + the driver and the tour guide) just had to walk off the pier to get in tour van. We have been on other cruise lines and of course this is the least expensive. If you just need a break from the normal everyday then this is fine. If you want more elegancy and entertainment and a bit better food the look at other cruise lines. Remember this company owns most all cruise lines. Overall enjoyable but next time some other ship or destination.

Cruise was nice and relaxing. Catalina was a waste of a stop; most shops were closed during our time there.

A disemburkement day do you like you out of the room by 8:00 they should have a place if you carry off your luggage for you to store it so you could grab something to eat it's crazy and overwhelming in the buffet so we just left

The itinerary was very good. You could always use more time in the ports though.

I had way better cruises than this one. This cruise was way by far my worst.

It was ok. I had fun. I got covid from the cruise. Weather was bad and put a damper on things and we couldn't get off at Catalina. Food isn't good so bring your own snacks. But overall not bad.

Enjoyed just about everything with the cruise and I look forward to the next one hopefully soon.

Took this trip 2 years ago and from start to finish it was amazing. On this trip everything off the ship was great. Everything on the ship has definitely gone downhill either from lack of training or cutting corners.

It was a nice cruise but the sea was pretty rocky on the way over to Hawaii, and a little better on the way back. It was too cool and too windy to spend much time outside on the sea days, but we found enough to do inside to keep us satisfied.

Over crowed at 2547 passengers on a 2100 passenger ship. When asking about events, guest services and events sponsors did not know anything, useless.

Cruise ship and common areas especially the rest rooms were always kept clean. Crew members were very attentive to the guests especially waiters at Bacchus restaurant except the Spa crew- they need more training with customer service, they don’t smile and were not approachable except the 2 Filipino ladies who were polite.

We had a great time on our first cruise. We cruised with my 7 siblings, their spouses and my parents. It was a great option for our large group. We didn't have to worry about meals, or transportation. Everyone could do their own thing or join in with the others. The staff were always friendly and kind. Everything was well organized.

Do not use United to book your cruise. We had so many problems that luckily I caught. But the cruise was a blast!

We went for a birthday getaway for my hubby and we haven’t gone for over 5 years. The service has greatly improved and there are so many activities and entertainment on the ship. The Carnival hub app is a great tool to navigate through the different happenings on the ship. We had such a great time and already planning for an Alaskan cruise next year. Thanks Carnival!
