Cruise was fun, ship was pretty wasn’t looking old like some people state. I had a great time!

Day 1...tried for 10 minutes to get room service, we had not received our luggage @ 3:00pm wife needed fresh clothes, she spilled something on them. Went on our balcony, I don’t think it has been cleaned since the ship was built. 5:00pm went to the Lido deck to relax, table had sticky substance on it, wife asked for it to be wiped off, the attendant wiped it with a dry towel, still sticky Got some lemonade & it was very watered down. Wife paid $70 for soft drink package, they didn’t even include a cup!! Have to go to a bar to get a soft drink, hard to find an open bar in the morning! Day 3...Toilet overflowed, water would not stop running. Day 4... Went into Roatan, had a nice time, came back & room smells like a sewer!!

Happy we went on this cruise with a large group of friend.

I am looking forward to the next cruise. This one was very fun.

Aside from our embarkation experience and staff that upset our family and made my child cry, the cruise itself was fantastic, well organized, and had great staff. The best stop was Honduras and we were so happy that the captain made it happen as the Carnival Vista captain wasn't able to and left with another day at sea.

Loved the itinerary/ship/staff, but room for improvement

The best thing about the cruise was Roatan; Arnold, Renante, Alberto and Karen. Please tell the speciality dining room hostess that she,too, was wonderful. I so enjoyed chatting with her.

We took this cruise so that we could experience going through the locks into the Panama Canal. It was a good choice. The ship was just fine with us. Frankie, the cruise director was everywhere and he was really working hard to give everyone a special experience. The real highlight for us was the dining experience from the Matre'd to the servers. We would do this cruise again.

I would definitely do another cruise on the Miracle.

I sailed on the Miracle this past Thanksgiving also. In the 4 months between cruises, the ship seems to have aged more than would be expected during that time. The Red Frog Pub was a highlight, except during karioke.
