Happy we went on this cruise with a large group of friend.

Went well boarding; however, it began to rain and there were not enough seats on 9th floor to eat lunch that were dry as we had a later boarding time. Carry on items got wet. Should have canopies or tarps available when it rains. This was during the time we were waiting to get into our rooms.

All were good; however, the wait for services, as well as in lines was too long. At times there was only one person making pizza’s. Other tables were leaving when we were just getting our main course which made us late for shows.

I would give cleanliness a good. However’ you need to do something about the wet floors. I had a slip and fall on the ship.... still may need to follow up with doctor. I went to customer service to report. They gave me ice in a little cup for my elbow. My husband asked if I could have a bag of ice. The next day I was sore all over and tried to call customer service and see if I could get a massage... no one answered the phone. I went and got a massage. Went to customer service desk later and asked if I could get it paid for and Instructed NO we are not associated with the spa. I had received a letter that said we would like to offer our assistance for any need you may have.....I told this to the customer service person and she said she was sorry but all they could cover were any medical expenses....this letter was a waste of the employees time since you did not offer me any assistance. I have been on other cruise ships and this was my first Carnival cruise. None of the other cruises did I ever experience such wet floors all day and night. It’s one thing around the pool areas and if it has been raining or a lower floor from the sea.... but this was on the 9th floor and at night!!!!
No. We rented scooters. Asked the taxi drive to take us to Captain Vans rentals and he took us to the wrong place, so we had to pay him an additional 20.00 to get to the right part of town.
