The serenity area(for 18 and over) was awesome!Pool and hottub, shells and chairs with pads and even hammocks for sunning. Also a lounge area in the shade with comfortable lounges and a bar. They have a waterslide also nearby! We played bingo...slot machines and went to the comedy club 2X each night and took in a couple of shows at the theatre. They had Karioke and several bars had nightly singers. At the family pool there were games and contests for those who wanted to participate.

We were at the back of the boat on the 7th floor and couldn't have been in a better location.Near the serenity area and away from traffic...very quiet....
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved the interior cabin....first time without a balcony and liked it much better than balcony rooms....surprised.Quite roomy...bathroom large....single beds separated with an open space and 2 beds could be pulled down from the ceiling.Only one outlet so bring a extension or Y adapter to plug in other electrical curling irons etc.Shelves in bathroom a bonus to put toiletries...plenty of storage in cupboards for clothes and bed high enough to store suitcases under.
Ship tip
I am not one to suffer from sea sickness.....boat is a little rocky at times but my friend had the patches and didn't get sick.
Leaving from Tampa was the best ever.....stayed in the area and rented a car from Alamo and they have a drop off location just blocks from the port and will shuttle you to the port free of charge....we also got picked up when we returned and took us to the same office for a car rental for the day and returned it to the airport for a later flight($35 for the car for the day)
Loved it ....right by the beach.....$59(booked through Carnival)...chair lift to beach...2 chairs and clam shell and 2 floaties. If you wanted you could have walked to the beach(chair lift $14)...rented 2 chairs($10 each) and floaties were $9 for the day. There was plenty of shade if you got there early enough.
Did an excursion from Carnival....$59 each to Starfish Island.Overcast day....got a lunch.Said there would be floaties but none given....disappointed and didn't have much time on the island as expected..2 1/2 hrs.Back to the boat and could have taken a trip to visit the city but felt there was not enough time to do that.....but cautioned about the safety in the city so didn't.
Loved it ....$29 for the day at a resort.Perfect...water clear a few rocks in the water but otherwise sandy beach...$20 for 2 chairs and umbrella....they even had a pool with a bar.Nearby snorkelling for $10 and zip lining. The food was good and the servers were attentive and friendly.
