My sister and I did this cruise, planned x 3 years, started out horrible with the cold room, but once our room was changed, everything else looked up. It was a wonderful cruise and we both had a great time! All our excursions were absolutely amazing!
Embarkation

Not very smooth, waited in line 2 hrs, which was fine, but then was told to go to the back of the line since we were 30 minutes early. You can imagine how long the line was by then. Some of the cruise staff were so stressed, yelling at people to get out the line. There is always a better way then to yell at people.

Main dining room was clean, staff very attentive, buffets were clean and food was good. Hardly any wait time for the main dining room since we had "Your time dining".
Onboard Activities

Kept busy with the activities, lots of trivia, live music and karaoke which was fun. Even went to fitness room.

The stage shows were fantastic!! Loved every second of their performances. All the Musicians were all wonderful, Katherine and Marcus were awesome!

Our room steward Rudy was wonderful. Very attentive. Entire staff was fantastic, especially Vesna Vidakovic, Asst guest service mgr, she addressed our complaints of our very cold room seriously when everyone else said "we'll look into it". After complaining and being in that room 3 nights, we couldn't tolerate it another night. We decided to sleep outside the casino, one of the warmest places on the ship. She actually came to our room to see what we were complaining about. The heater was broken, maintenance said they couldn't fix it tonight, so she offered us another room for the duration of the cruise, it was similar to our previous balcony room. We moved to the warmer room at 1am. The sad part is that we waited 3 nights in the cold room before we were moved, but grateful to her and the staff that gave us blankets and robes.

Ship is smaller than some of the others we have been on but very nice, clean all of the time! Common areas always clean and maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

Mentioned already.....We were moved into this cabin after 3 nights in a freezing cabin. 100% better! Room was kept very comfortable and warm.
Ship tip
Have a wonderful time, many sea days so plenty of time to do everything.
We had an excursion to the top of a mountain using tram, it was wonderful, it was snowing at the top. Came down and saw authentic Indian dancing. Very cool!
