Either fix the Wifi, or don't offer it and charge for it. We paid for just the social media package. It was terrible.

One thing is to be sure when you are going from one end of the ship to the other and changing floors, be sure that the floor you want to do to can be accessed from one side to the other. Sometimes you have to go down a floor and then go back up. Also our experience with the photos was horrible. It took 2 hours to get our pics. We picked them up at a scheduled time but as I mentioned before at least 1 person was not doing their job properly and was serving up a huge attitude.

Bring a fan for your room. I went to customer service 8-9 times about our room being hot. I was told 5 different excuses about why the room was hot. It never got below 75 degrees in our room.

I requested 2 rooms when I booked the cruise. When we got onbaord, we found that we only had 1 room. My wife and I and my 2 sons, 1 20 years old and the other 13 years old. We had to sllp in bunkbeds. I had no alone time with my wife and we continued to trip over each other and our luggage. We had to come back to the room early every day so that we had enough time for everyone to take a shower and get ready for dinner. In the morning, everyone had to get up early so that we had enough time for everyone to get ready.

If you are sailing with more then 2 people go for the deluxe oceanview cabin as there is a extra 1/2 bath with a sink and a tub/shower and an extra closet. Much appreciated.
