Review summary

Carnival personnel at the port were horrible. They lied to us about trying to get onboard. When I called after the cruise they still lied about why we were left in the Sun. Not one person apologised or gave a reason why. The cruise itself was good. Will never cruise with carnival again.

Horrible. Waited 4 hours burning in the Sun waiting to board. Carnival offered no reason why and 1 bottle of water. Found out people we're still on board when we were suppose to leave port. Carnival lied with their excuse. Will never cruise with carnival again.
