we had a great time

Ship is clean and well maintained. It is not high end, but that is not Carnival. For the money spend the ship exceeds expectations. The water slide was the worst part of the ship. One slide 2500 others and it was so slow almost everyone got stuck and had to walk or scoot off it. Chose open dining and eat before 645 to avoid very long drawn out dinners.

NIce ship. Nothing out of the ordinary for a cruise ship.

The ship was beautifully decorated. The food was excellent, however, sweet tea would have been great, but I do understand why only unsweetend tea is served. The access to soft drinks early in the morning would have been great or being allowed to have the unopened cans from the bar to take to the room. I was a little disappointed that some of the staff was unfriendly. I hope Carnavel will corrrect that, The Tampa port could be a little better organized to give customers a little time to get their belongings organized opn arrival. I did find $125.00 for valetparking a little high.

The ship is a little tired and worn. Good for the price, however.

This cruise was for my husband retirement party, and I can tell you we had a blast. The food was good, the ship was clean. The staff that clean our room could not be nicer.

The accomodating atomosphere. Really liked the Luggage Express program. Once we sat our bags in the hallway for pickup we never saw them again until we arrived at our final destination. Great service.

The ship overall was great. The evening buffet didnt have much to it, I guess they want you to go to the main dining rooms. Loved the adults only area of the ship! Very nice!

This was a 1st time cruise for me and have nothing to compare to. Did not like the extra cost, had no idea of how much extras the ship costs, I thought the prices were gouging. Would look for all inclusive next time, if that even is an option. The pools were shoulder to shoulder....not comfortable. The serenity area for 21 and over in the rear of ship was nice.......if you got a seat early...other wise forget it, fills up and freeloaders mark their spot with towels or books, for a long time while they go elsewhere.

Was on this ship in 2002. Nothing seems to have been maintained since then. Would never cruise on this ship or any other Carnival ship again.

Excellent ship; great ride and really appreciated the exercise room. Also the onboard laundry rooms were a nice touch.

Have taken this cruise before. Enjoy the decor of the ship & the size. There are enough areas on the ship so that it doesn't seem to be crowded. Like the adult only area on the aft deck that has been added since the last time on this ship.

It was our first cruise and we were impressed. Service was excellent!

Love cruising!!! Time time in the sun on this western cruise was great -- no rain - weather was bearable. I love the anytime dining and the opportunity to meet new people every day --some you like and others you are glad it was just a meal. The Legend - was beautiful - very clean great crew -- I never felt there was 2500 other people on board -- always plenty of space and places to go on board. The Serenity deck was a favorite of LOTS -- so unless you were there really early--and Saved a place (which I thought was wrong) --you never got to enjoy that area. But made do with other places.
