Review summary

This was a 1st time cruise for me and have nothing to compare to. Did not like the extra cost, had no idea of how much extras the ship costs, I thought the prices were gouging. Would look for all inclusive next time, if that even is an option. The pools were shoulder to shoulder....not comfortable. The serenity area for 21 and over in the rear of ship was nice.......if you got a seat early...other wise forget it, fills up and freeloaders mark their spot with towels or books, for a long time while they go elsewhere.

we got the only inside stateroom available, (short notice sailing). Did not like the fact there are no clocks anywhere, had no idea of time with no windows, and no alarm clock to remind us to get up for the ports when activities planned. Time difference with on board ship and each port confusing.

Pros: Liked the overall experience, nice way to get from point A to pointB

Cons: The EXTRA cost involved, tips% cost of a simple soda/water let alone a alcholoic drink, way more cost to the trip!!

Recommends Carnival Legend? Yes!
