Great sweet sixteen birthday trip for my daughter ! We had a great time making memories we will cherish.

Too many added cost. This is my 3rd cruise. You already pay a large amount to cruise, you also pay a price for excursions. Why should you have to pay more for additional entertainment on the ship. When you the Drive in movie playing on deck, it would be nice if you can also have it playing on your TV in the room for FREE. Have FREE movies playing on the IMAX. Fix your elevators!!

We had a great time on our cruise, would sail on this ship again. Entertainment is awesome.

I was nervous at first since I knew the ship was booked, but it was great and did not feel overly crowded. Wonderful time!

SO happy with our choice. We will use Carnival over and over again. Horizon is an amazing Boat. Its like a floating city. Had 5000 guests on board but it didn't seem crowded at all. Even enjoyed 2 I max movies that were current released movies!

If you are looking for fun for everyone in your family, decent food and entertainment with a good price point, this is it. Ship was kept very tidy and mostly friendly staff. This was or second time on this ship. Good experience overall.

The only complaint I have is I wish there was a way in which Carnival could stamp everyone’s passports with the port of calls for that particular cruise during the embarkation process.

Great Cruise and I’m looking forward to doing it again

This was such a fun cruise. The ports of call were all beautiful and there was so much to do. The ship was gorgeous and all the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make our vacation amazing ‘

The ship and crew were very nice and professional The shows were excellent and casino was nice. The food was good and specialty dining at the Japanese restaurant was great

This was the best vacation I have ever had. They made sure we were kept informed all the time of what was going on.

It was an awesome fun filled cruise and being with family made it better. My only suggestion is for parents to parent their children on the ship. Too many times teenagers were sitting on the steps and blocking the path of the passengers and the running up and down the halls at 1:00 a.m. in the morning was somewhat annoying.

Great vacation for our family. The excursions were very exciting and not to expensive. Food on the ship was very good there was a lot. No reason

Carnival Horizon is a fantastic ship experience - so much to do, didn't even get to most of it so will definitely look into another trip in the future. The room was a little smaller than expected but still functional. Only quirk is the new water policy where you can no longer bring your own in plastic bottles - you can however still bring drinks in cans or cartons. Had a wonderful time and my family enjoyed themselves as well.

I feel that if you are going to an island in the Caribbean you should have that kind of food on the ship. Also have a few Caribbean chefs. Even latin chefs. Indians do not know how to cook those foods good.

This was one of our best cruise experiences yet. We had the pleasure of sharing it with family and friends. The Carnival Horizon is one I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience at sea.

using the carnival shuttle to and from the airport enabled us to check in to Carnival at the airport. Thus we didn't have to do that at the terminal and could go from security right on to the ship. Very smooth! Disembark was just as smooth and easily made it back to the airport for our return flight.

The cruise was wonderful and with my wife hurting and stuck to a wheelchair. We had a blast and cant wait for the next one

We have been on 4 Carnival cruises now and this by far blew the others away!!! Between the amazing ship and then the staff who we will miss and remember for a very long time we are so thankful!! I am a travel agent I sell primarily cruises and I will always recommend and travel with Carnival - it is affordable and the BEST time you can have on a cruise ship!

Overall I was actually kind of disappointed. For this being the newest ship, I expected more. The food was pretty bland and the staterooms are not improved really. I haven't been on a cruise since 2014 and I thought they would have found a better way to utilize space, but still difficult to move around in with bathroom/closet doors. There should not be issues with a room electrically either and I should be able to blow dry and curl my hair without issues. I told my stewardess, then complained to the diamond person at guest services, and then called super upset when they had over 15 hours to fix it and my stuff still wouldn't work. Also, mold in the ceiling of my bathroom. They are in such a rush that this is something that should not go unnoticed. I am a grown women so I didn't complain about not getting towel animals, but that is a big part of a carnival cruise and 3 days without an animal was disappointing as well.
