Overall we had a wonderful time, there was a lot of activities. The ship is beautiful. If you have Mike Pack as a cruise director you will have a blast. He was wonderful.

The food was delicious in the main dining room. Enjoyed the speciality dining we ate st the steakhouse, Italian and pig and anchor twice for dinner. The buffet was limited not a big variety compared to other cruise lines

The shows were good, the comedians were good too. The djs were excellent kept everyone engaged. The cruise director was awesome!

My kids were in the teen clubs, their biggest issue was that it kept closing. When we have done Disney cruises the club is open all day.

The waiters and room stewards are very nice and attentive. The fun squad was excellent.
Ship Quality

The smart elevators are not convenient when you have many people on the ship. People didn’t follow the instructions to using it. Had to wait a while for an elevator. Was surprised not to see staff encouraging you to sanitize or wash your hands when going into the food venues.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was great nice amount of space. A lot of closet space, loved the two bathrooms. Nice size balcony.
It was not a traditional disembarkation due the port closing the day before we were supposed to disembark. We had to carry our own luggage of the ship, had to carry it up the stairs since the elevators did not work well and we had a limited amount of time to get off the ship. It was chaotic.
