Overall, it was a nice ship and great ports, We were just disappointed with the dining experience & the drink package. As well as the Skyride being out of service after day 2.

Food was okay, the wait time for the dining room was horrible, towards day 4 we decided to just eat at the buffet. Before day 4 we would be seated in the dining room at 7pm & get our food at 830pm, we would have to remind the staff to take our order or bring us bread...this goes with an exception to Marlon, he did an exceptional job the day we had him. I just don't think they have enough wait staff. We were also disappointed in the drink package (bottomless bubbles), they would pour your drinks from half full cans that were sitting at the bar. Whenever I ordered, I would request a new can which would bother the bartender, but hey if you are paying $100 for soda, you'd expect it to taste good.

The Skyride is a must if you choose this cruise, we were lucky to get on the first cruise day, since it became out of service for the duration of the cruise. Pools were always crowded with way too many children and people so we never had the chance to go in. The casino had a variety of machines which we enjoyed, just after day 4 there was nothing else left to do. We also enjoyed watching a movie in the IMAX theatre.

The stage shows were amazing, as well as Lip Sync Battle & Love & Marriage show. Mike, the cruise director made sure you had fun! As for the music, DJ's only played music for one specific group, no diversity. Same songs over & over. We were very disappointed. Last night on the ship, everyone was seated in the club until my husband requested a throwback song, that's literally when everyone got up to enjoy the music. Pretty sure it was the only 4 minutes of the entire cruise that people enjoyed the music.

Very Clean, elevator system was too complicated, areas were to small. Because they decided to put so many amenities & things on this cruise, everything is crammed up. Small Casino, small theatre, small lounges..everything was just condensed.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was great, wall outlet wasn't working properly so it was hard to charge our electronic devices.
It was raining but we took a taxi around La Romana & Casa de Campo. The taxi driver Manny was exceptional & very informative. He then took us to a restaurant where we ate amazing domincan food! That shrimp rice was out of this world.
Beautiful island & people, we did the SeaBob Excursion, which is a power scooter underwater. We saw sea turtles, fish, & explored deep ocean for about two hours then had beach time for about an hour. Amazing experience!!!
I totally agree,,,,The one waiter we had a few times was exceptional but the wait at breakfast as well as sea day brunch was ridiculous
They are definitely understaffed
