It is impossible to get me on a bad cruise. There was a big fight onboard one day and some people got kicked off in Aruba but it had no negative impact on our cruise experience.

Would not travel on this boat again. I like the breeze and conquest much better.

I can't wait for my next cruise! I was a little nervous about the cruise because I have never been on a cruise, but everyone was great. I was a little disappointed with the appearance of the fun squad. I thought they should have looked a little more put together. They looked like regular people on vacation. No glitz. Except Cookie the cruise director he was always looking sharp! Thank you for an awesome time

It rained as we where getting back on the boat in Jamaica. Carnival didn't even try to speed up the process of getting everyone back on board quickly. I stood outside in the pouring rain with lightning and thunder for 15 to 20 mins before we where able to get scanned back into the boat. The ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Myself and children got a fever and cold because of this and missed going with the rest of our family to Grand Cayman. Carnival DEFINITELY should revisit thier protocal of getting ppl back on the boat at the ports. According to the Cruise Director "Cookie " we needed to cut our excursions to get back to the boat earlier to avoid long lines!!! UNACCEPTABLE CARNIVAL!!!

We created some of the best memories on this cruise, can’t wait to go on another one.

Carnival Horizon is a beautiful ship and we enjoyed our cruise. We hope to cruise on her again in the near future.

The Horizon is a HOT boat. You might want to try others before this one.

You can’t really say anything bad about the stops or the Havana cabana

My husband had not been on Carnival since 1990 , me in 2017 on an older ship. We were disappointed in the pedal wheel around the ship was available. Our cabin steward was excellent as was Camelia in the Pig and Anchor

The staff was wonderful. Cookie did a great job on the front but I was amazed at how hard the staff worked all over the ship. Kadek our porter, Pemby and Janice in the dining area deserve a promotion!

Great staff and Cookie the Cruise Director was so much fun and was hilarious......I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise and is my best cruise yet!!❤️

The entertainment was top notch! I’m impressed with the cruise director. The food was amazing! You get to try new things. The ports were amazing!

It was an okay experience. We went for our honey moon and felt other honey mooners got treated a bit better than we did. Probably will do a cruise again sometime in the future. But we won’t be rushing and not sure if we will book with carnival.

We loved every minute of the cruise, especially Jamaica.

It was amazing I loved our ports and excursions meet in trouble locals trying the local cuisine experiencing the culture. I have experienced that will last for a lifetime I can't wait to take my daughter on the next one.

I can't say enough about the Cruise Director, Cookie. He is an amazing and awesome cruise director.

Food and shows for the most part were pretty good. The cabin steward and the layout of the ship was nice. As far as the elevators being extremely slow and standing in line for very long duration's to return to ship on port days is a definite must fix before I would be interested sailing on this ship again.

In the last 3 years we have taken cruises with another cruise line and coming back to Carnival was not as we remembered. The food in the buffet was not very good and the layout of this particular ship not my preference. I was looking forward to the new feature of the sky bike on this ship and it was non functioning. The pool was very small and the wait time for the smart elevators VERY long.

We always enjoy cruising. The staff and crew are great. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.
