It was an okay experience. We went for our honey moon and felt other honey mooners got treated a bit better than we did. Probably will do a cruise again sometime in the future. But we won’t be rushing and not sure if we will book with carnival.

Disappointed so many of the restaurants were an additional fee. The buffets were repetitive and I didn’t like much on it. I try to eat healthier and I felt I did not have many options.
Onboard Activities

Pools were filled with kids. It would have been nice if they had a pool on serenity instead of just a whirl pool. I only went to the fitness center once and it was fine. My husband loved that there was a basketball court, however once it opened again at 11 pm he only got to play for about 45 minutes before groups of the crew came up and took over the court. For the money we pay they should not be all coming up at once and taking over the whole court.
Entertainment

The fun squad was great. They made the cruise enjoyable. The comedy was okay. They could have been better. Danielle was fantastic hosting it though.

I was disappointed with the atrium. I know they took space away for the imax theater. But it was not a grand entrance feeling as most ships have.
Cabin / Stateroom

The team was great and made sure our cabin was clean at all times.
Our best day was spent it Jamaica. Dunn’s river falls made the trip. Felt the excursion was overpriced and disappointed that our initial excursion had to be swapped out.
Cozumel was great. Tons of shopping nearby with restaurants to go to. Ended up going to beach escape. It was a pretty setting but disappointed it wasn’t that much of an actual beach.
we were on the 6th floor so we would have been one of the last to get off the ship. We had an 11 hour drive that day and was not pleased to hear how late it would be before we got off the ship. One of the fun squad team told people in our area we can head down when they called floor 2 because there was enough space down there. We were pleased about that.
First of all Congratulations in its Order. I'm sorry you didn't really enjoy yourself in Horizons. But I do hope you don't stop Cruising, there's alot of options out there and alot of island to see, adventures, so I just hope next time it will get better for you. Happy Life.
Sorry it wasn’t exactly what you expected. I’m curious as to what made you feel like other honeymooners got different treatment? Is it possible they were is a suite, had Faster to the Fun or were a higher level in VIFP points from previous cruises?
