Food and shows for the most part were pretty good. The cabin steward and the layout of the ship was nice. As far as the elevators being extremely slow and standing in line for very long duration's to return to ship on port days is a definite must fix before I would be interested sailing on this ship again.

Food quality main dining room was good for the most part. Service in the Steakhouse 555 was very slow looked under staffed. The Japanese steak house was the worse we have ever experienced food tasteless unless all you like to taste is everything soaked in Soy sauce and they serve a extra large shrimp appetizer complete with heads tails and shell still on them after cooked leaving them to clean yourself on your plate. A complete waste of money! The Italian specialty restaurant was worth the extra charge however pretty good.

Shows were good for the most part. Comedians good but the comedy club very crowded had to wait in line for 30 minutes before show time if you want a decent seat. Cookie the cruise director made the cruise VERY fun and entertaining.

All seemed to try hard in food service even areas though most places seemed like they needed a little more staff. Room steward was GREAT!
Ship Quality

Elevators VERY slow sometimes a 6 to 7 minute wait, ended up walking stairs most of the cruise and for folks in their 60's UNACCEPTABLE! Returning to the ship after a long day on shore having to wait in line in the broiling hot sun for a half hour to forty five minutes UNACCEPTABLE! They got the bright idea of using tablets that are very slow to scan your cards now instead of the old way with the hand held scanners or the card reading desks the way they have done it for years makes it three times as slow. After completing 30+ cruises we have never seen a return to ship this slow even with the two or three entrance ramps they had running or a elevator system that is as slow as this one.. Will not be back on this ship unless these items are corrected! The ship was clean as it should be as it is less than a year old.

Cabin great clean and plenty of storage with USB ports at vanity area for charging phones etc.
Ship tip
Be in shape,prepare to run stairs to get around the ship unless you want to waste a lot of your cruise staring at elevator doors waiting to open and wait in long slow lines in returning to the ship after a long port day.
