The staff was wonderful. Cookie did a great job on the front but I was amazed at how hard the staff worked all over the ship. Kadek our porter, Pemby and Janice in the dining area deserve a promotion!

I was disappointed that one of the attractions we paid to experience was down and to date there's been no concession. The fun was what you made it.

The service and staff were phenomenal. Kadet, Pemby and Janice from were nothing short of amazing. Kadet was the porter for us and my dad's room. He remembered everyone's names and was always hard working. Pemby and Janice on the lido deck were amazing also. They served our meals and juice request no matter how much we asked.
Ship Quality

This was our first cruise so there's nothing to compare it to. It was well kept and maintained. The staff kept in clean! My dad whose cruised on other lines said other companies offered better food and were larger. But we don't know what we don't know.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved our cabin!!! The view was amazing and the room was spacious enough.
Ship tip
You'll have to decide beach or touring. They simply don't allow enough time for both on some days. Be careful of walking on the lido where the buffet is. My wife fail and some others.
The port was beautiful. Locals playing music and dancing with our Domincan kids was truly a memory. This was they're first trip to the mother land. Will never forget their faces.
