AWESOME, LOVELY, BEAUTIFUL, RESPECTFUL, CARING, FUNNY

It was a very nice leisurely fun cruise. There were not enough singles on this cruise. Carnival should do better marketing on this issue. It’s hard to have fun when everyone is “coupled up.” Every cruise should strive to have a certain percentage of singles onboard. I don’t like to go on singles “only” cruises because they are like a meat market. I’m not looking for a mate but it would be nice to have a large group of singles to mix with on the cruise.

To sum it all up, this cruise was booked well in advance by my husband to celebrate my birthday. We were very disappointed in the fact that it was basically cut in half due to not being able to visit the other two ports. We feel that Carnival should reimburse us for 1/2 of the cruise since that's exactly what we got. Also, I understand they are reimbursing the folks who had cruises after ours - up to two weeks or more out - by giving them a full refund PLUS so much towards a future cruise for their disappointment. Why aren't we treated as well? I will definitely look into using another cruise line going forward and will share my experience with whoever currently cruises via Carnival. Weather cloudy ship and crew were great. Party boat, very unique mix of people made for good people watching

A wonderful trip with 54% passengers. We also visited Curaçao. For the first time watched the bridge open for a police boat.

It was a great cruise but with Covid there is nothing for the kids to do. I feel tag Carnival should let kids off the boat but remain in the enclosed area. But all in all the staff is great. Donkey is a great cruise director also.

The cruise was great, I thought the mask thing would be irritating but overall it was not bad, a few places they were a bit more stringent with masks, basically the interior high occupancy areas, but outdoors no masks, pretty much the same for the ports of call. The ship was great but the staff made the trip awesome…

Overall this was a great cruise. It was great to be on an awesome vacation. I can't wait for the next.

So happy to be cruising again!! The Horizon is beautiful and my family of four loved it! 40% occupancy was amazing too! The service was wonderful! MDR food was delicious. Sea day brunch was amazing. Buffet was meh, besides breakfast. The water slides and pool were nice and not very crowded. Our ports were changed from the original itinerary but I was thrilled with the new ports.

All I can say is the ship was not crowded, the workers were truly thrilled to be back to work. Everyone was so friendly and they couldn’t do enough for you. It was great to get back to sailing.

It was a good cruise. Food in Bonsi Teppanyaski and 555 steak house was very good and as well at the Cucinca del Capitana. We only ate breakfast at the lidol cafe and it was same everyday. I thought the spa was a little small for the size of ship. over all a good trip and badly needed vacation.

Must go on carnival. They will try to suck your pockets dry. We spent $800 onboard with specialty dining and buying items.

I chose this cruise because it was inexpensive, not liking Carnival after a number of sailings in the past. I boarded with the intention that it would be a one and done experience and then move on and never consider Carnival again. Well, my outlook has changed. The ship was beautiful. The activities on board entertained us when the ports didn't. The staff...they are the primary influencers who got us to change our minds. They made our trip the best that it could be.

This was the best cruise we have ever been on. The staff was so happy to be back to work! It is hard to explain how great it was to be back on board after all this time. Entire experience was phenomenal! Get on the Horizon! You will have a great time.

Overall this was a nice cruise. We picked this one because it went to Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao, but Bonaire was removed and the two Dominican Republic stops were put in it's place. That was disappointing as Bonaire is our 2nd favorite place to snorkel. This was a beautiful ship, loved the indoor decor. THE STAFF WERE ALL AWESOME!

Overall it was a great cruise to start 🛳🛳 have fun

Such high expectations for “Choose Fun”, let down.

Cruise and ship were awesome, food and entertainment was great, my only disappointment was the shore excursions. We were very limited on what excursions we could do, only had 1 excursion but it ended up being cancelled. That was very disappointing more so that we were not told ahead of time that because of COVID our 11 could not do any of them.

After saving for three years to take our grandkids on this specific cruise with specific excursions, Carnival changed all the destination ports. At every port, we woke up to find a paper pushed under our door telling us our "Bubble" excursions have been cancelled due to "Operational Issues". I was, and remain very frustrated and angry about what happened. We reached out to Carnival several times but never received any responses. The front line people did their best but they were constrained in what they could do by exceptionally poor leadership.

Very disappointed, all three original ports were totally changed to different locations (the original ports was the reason I chose this specific cruise) approximately 2 weeks prior to cruise. Then a couple days before the cruise our 3rd port was cancelled and we went back to the same port a 2nd time. Not sure I will travel Carnival again, we were never given a reason why the ports were changed but by the time we were notified, it was too late to cancel our vacation time that was requested at work as well as other arrangements that had to be made in order to be gone from home for that length of time.
