My husband had not been on Carnival since 1990 , me in 2017 on an older ship. We were disappointed in the pedal wheel around the ship was available. Our cabin steward was excellent as was Camelia in the Pig and Anchor

The staff was wonderful. Cookie did a great job on the front but I was amazed at how hard the staff worked all over the ship. Kadek our porter, Pemby and Janice in the dining area deserve a promotion!

Great staff and Cookie the Cruise Director was so much fun and was hilarious......I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise and is my best cruise yet!!❤️

The entertainment was top notch! I’m impressed with the cruise director. The food was amazing! You get to try new things. The ports were amazing!

It was an okay experience. We went for our honey moon and felt other honey mooners got treated a bit better than we did. Probably will do a cruise again sometime in the future. But we won’t be rushing and not sure if we will book with carnival.

We loved every minute of the cruise, especially Jamaica.

It was amazing I loved our ports and excursions meet in trouble locals trying the local cuisine experiencing the culture. I have experienced that will last for a lifetime I can't wait to take my daughter on the next one.

I can't say enough about the Cruise Director, Cookie. He is an amazing and awesome cruise director.

Food and shows for the most part were pretty good. The cabin steward and the layout of the ship was nice. As far as the elevators being extremely slow and standing in line for very long duration's to return to ship on port days is a definite must fix before I would be interested sailing on this ship again.

In the last 3 years we have taken cruises with another cruise line and coming back to Carnival was not as we remembered. The food in the buffet was not very good and the layout of this particular ship not my preference. I was looking forward to the new feature of the sky bike on this ship and it was non functioning. The pool was very small and the wait time for the smart elevators VERY long.

We always enjoy cruising. The staff and crew are great. We had a wonderful and relaxing time.

Overall we had a wonderful time, there was a lot of activities. The ship is beautiful. If you have Mike Pack as a cruise director you will have a blast. He was wonderful.

The ship was ugly but clean, no wow factor. Food unless you pay for it is bland. Entertainment was okay but also no wow factor. Great Cruise Director. Pools wayyyyy to small. Kid section much better than adults.The Elevators where a failure computer operated means slowwwwwww. The dinning room experience was caotic not smooth . Nothing worse than to have to wait to sit to dine and also to have to make a reservation on your phone. We cruise to get away from our phones. Overall never Carnival again.

The Horizon Carnival Flagsship ship stand by its name. I have been a several cruise with Carnival and on has been the Best thus far.

I though the cruise was fun but very crowded! For the amount of people on this ship it needed another pool! The pool was beyond crowded!

Overall it was a great cruise and my daughter loved it. Aside from the very long waits for an elevator and marijuana smell throughout the ship, we have no other complaints.

As stated above, this was my first time on a cruise with my boyfriend and his family. I did all the research on this ship way before i even paid it off. I was really bummed to learn that the Skyride was not working... we were told that the ride was in the process of being repaired and may work along the trip but it never did. I watched so many youtube videos of other people on this ride & read reviews about how fun this ride was and i didn't get to experience it.

I am going back to Royal Caribbean, level of everything is just better. The upsell on dining is really annoying. In addition, please cater to children as well as adults. Between, the children running around all hours of the nigh and the teens...the adults that also paid a good price suffer.

Overall, it was a nice ship and great ports, We were just disappointed with the dining experience & the drink package. As well as the Skyride being out of service after day 2.

Had a great time overall. Very family friendly. Need more pools or less people. Need to work on embarkation process way to slow
