This was me and my mom's first cruise, and the food and the crew were excellent. What I didn't like about this cruise was that the kids constantly took over the pools and hot tubs. The crew working in the Serenity Adult Only area also did nothing about kids that would come in, even though it was supposed to be 21 and over. Overall it was a nice cruise to Canada; the ports were quaint, even though they didnt have a great amount of shopping areas. The weather was decent, but it was always chilly if you wanted to sit out on the deck. After talking to the crew, this was one of the worst trips to Canada they have ever experienced due to the great amount of swaying the water caused the first 2 days, however the water was nice and still the rest of the trip.

Getting on the ship was easy and quick. Once on board there were no instructions as to where to go to find our cabin, we just wondered around for a while. The people to ask were not always in the know about things either. There was not a lot of activities going on that we could find. It seemed that all we were going to do was walk around the ship, that was not easy to do, or sit and visit with other cruisers. I would have liked more events during the day. The evening intertainment as not very good.

I enjoyed just about everything on this ship and spending time with my grand-daughter. the shows were great . The dining staff and room stewards were wonderful

Nothing special here. everything was either slightly above or below average. The ports were really not worth seeing. Enjoyed cruises more on all other cruise lines I traveled on (especially Princess).

Crew was terrific. Food was plentiful, fresh and well prepared. The entertainment was fun and there was lots of it. Will definately cruise again!

i went with my family on this 4 day cruise to st. john, canada, and honestly we all LOVED IT. noone had any complaints or anything they could think of that they didnt like. so overall it was fantastic :)

Spectacular cruise with delicious food, helpful staff and a dailydose of fun and entertainment! A must do for busy New Yorkers!

The ship was clean and well maintained. Cruise Director was cheerful and responsive. Everyone was friendly and accommodating for the cleaning staff to officers. Smiles everywhere.

This was my first cruise and found everything to be wonderful. Great entertainment, food and service. Hind sight being 20/20 for a first cruise I would have booked the 4 day cruise and skipped St. Johns.

The ship was very clean and after a day or two you were able to navigate the ship for different locations.

Very large, plenty to do or not do. Staff all very nice and helpful. housekeeping especially wonderful and attentive. Rooms very clean and well taken care of. Food was good, plenty of it around. Lots to do onboard. Shows at night were very professional and entertaining.

Overall we were very impressed and surprised by the quality.

If your looking for a very loud music pool area, and lots of kids this is the trip for you. Even the adult areas had kids in them. Travel agent asked if this was a special trip. It was but nothing happened on the trip. So why ask?

everything is best, if the ship as a table game room the some chinese people, that will be perfect.

Above expectations

The "Wal-Mart" of cruise lines. Poor attitudes by much of the staff. Hard to find a smiling face. Everyone spoke English, but not many had a good mastery of the language, so one needed to be careful as to not speak in any colloquials, just use plain, slow simple words. The Maitre d' in our dining room, called the Platinum, spoke very fast and with such a heavy accent it was difficult to understand him.

The ship and it's condition and the crew and their helpfullness. These are some of the key area of customer service and they were way above average. The dining room food was good but not hot and not enough variety for five nights. Customer service took care of a couple of problems that we had and it shows that you are concerned with what the customer thinks.

ship was beautiful had everything on it

One commedian was so bad that nobody laughed at his 'jokes'. The ship had a water problem for three hours one day with a broken pipe, so there was no water for drinking (including coffee, juice and lemonaide) or for bathrooms. They didn't provide bottled water or anything - just updated us on when the hoped to get the broken pipe fixed.

Ship was beautiful, various areas/lounges to relax and play. pleasant decor.
