Review summary

This was me and my mom's first cruise, and the food and the crew were excellent. What I didn't like about this cruise was that the kids constantly took over the pools and hot tubs. The crew working in the Serenity Adult Only area also did nothing about kids that would come in, even though it was supposed to be 21 and over. Overall it was a nice cruise to Canada; the ports were quaint, even though they didnt have a great amount of shopping areas. The weather was decent, but it was always chilly if you wanted to sit out on the deck. After talking to the crew, this was one of the worst trips to Canada they have ever experienced due to the great amount of swaying the water caused the first 2 days, however the water was nice and still the rest of the trip.

Service and Staff

Our waiters at the Platinum Restaurant - Gerry, Wira, and Alexander were hilarious! Also the man and woman who cleaned our room were so friendly and remembered us by name everytime they saw us.

Cabin / Stateroom

The stateroom was big for a inside room. It was a great size for the two of us.

Ports of call

The Bay of Fundy was wonderful. We never got to see the sea caves along it because it was high tide, and we didnt get to see the Reversing Falls running backward, but it was still a nice area. The beach along the bay is covered in rocks of all colors, and if you find a rock with a band of a different color that goes all the way around it, it is known as a wishing rock - we found 6!
Don't Miss: The Bay of Fundy and the Sea Caves

Halifax, Nova Scotia

The pulic gardens were very nice and they have an excellent ice cream shop right inside them. The Maritime Museum is a must see - especially the Titanic exhibit.
Don't Miss: Peggy's Cove was a very nice little area

Pros: The food and the friendly crew

Cons: The amount of kids and the lack of shopping areas at the ports
