Good Experience

Sail Date: July 26, 2010

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The ship and it's condition and the crew and their helpfullness. These are some of the key area of customer service and they were way above average. The dining room food
was good but not hot and not enough variety for five nights. Customer service took care of a couple of problems that we had and it shows that you are concerned with what the customer thinks.

Pros: Housekeeping and Ship cleanliness

Cons: Dining room food
