My cruise was outstanding loved all the staff that helped us with our meals, cleaning. Very attentive and professional. Entertainment was great, cleaning of the cruise and keeping everything neat was great to see.  I do think that staff do a great job in performing their duties on a daily basis.

Looking forward to another cruise in the future.

It was a great choice for my very first cruise!! The food was great!! The staff was very nice and accommodating! I loved the locations and the excursions purchased! I never had a question go unanswered. 

Cruise was absolutely WONDERFUL. a very smooth sailing. Jennifer did an amazing job in making sure we were ready.  It was kid friendly, everyone really enjoyed their time.

The cruise itself was ok and there were many staff persons that were friendly and helpful. We booked a handicapped room. We received a call that there wasn't a true handicapped room it was a partial. We asked what that meant. The agent said that the bathroom was a little smaller but that my husband could make a three point turn in the bathroom but that everything else was the same. Later I called the ship to see if we could change it. They told me they couldn't help me because I had booked with an agent. Then they put me on hold for a very long time to 15 to 20 minutes. They came back and said they had checked with the ship personnel and everyone in the regular handicapped rooms were in electric wheelchairs. They couldn't use the bathroom in a partially handicapped room. When we got to our cabin what a surprise. My husband had to get out of his wheelchair and on the bed so I could fold up the wheelchair so that I could close the bathroom door when I needed to use the bathroom. With the cabin that small we had many other problems just making it through the week. The bathroom however would have accommodated an electric wheelchair or any wheelchair. When we disembarked for one of the excursions they made my husband walk down four flights of stairs so that he could not get off the bus during the excursion his legs just couldn't take any more. When I asked an office for help after one flight she just looked at me and said "No" turned and walked away. Throughout the week and in disembarkation there not only weren't any electric wheelchairs all most all of the people disembarking in wheelchairs were in Carnival wheelchairs and we had seen them with canes throughout the week. I think there were two that had scooters with them. We celebrated our anniversary during this cruise. What a disappointment. We will not cruise Carnival again.

This Cruise was awesome from the planning and help by pour TA Rose right through to Debark Day. The Glory is an awesome ship, great shows and great crew. The Food was not top shelf all the time, but it was still very good. 

This was our first time on a cruise, and we absolutely LOVED it! We loved everything about it! The cleanliness of our room, the staff's friendliness, the food, the ports of call, EVERYTHING! These ports also offer a wide variety of things to do!! I very much recommend it!

Carnival Glory was a great ship--best thing about it was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the waterslide, pools, outdoor movies at night, ping pong, mini golf, and volleyball. The Cruise director and assistants did a great job--very fun and entertaining. There were always fun activities available like trivia games or fun shows like the game show. Food in the breakfast buffet was good variety. I loved the hot chocolate machine. Dining room food was okay, not the best I've had but service was good. The best food to be found was Guy Fiero's burgers--definitely a highlight and Blue Iguana Taco/Burrito bar--very good. I chose this cruise because of the port and the itinerary--awesome to have 4 different stops bookended by sea days. Only complaint is that it was very difficult to find my way around on this ship--especially the dining room. You had to go up to the 5 th floor across and then down to the 3rd to access it. Didn't get the hang of it until day 5.

good food. Great drinks. Better company! We had a great time, a lot of the staff on this ship seemed very miserable but it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves. Every port was beautiful st Thomas was my favorite and the view at night was perfect all lit up as we sailed away!! We are already planning our cruise for next year! Can't wait to get back onboard the fun ship!!

It was a very good cruise. Love it. Food was superior. Shows was excellent. Children need to be ban from swimming in.hot tub. Need to have a show every nite. Not necessary dancers.Could be magic show or single singer or the talking dolls. My air condition was not good, not cold enough. Like the new menus. It would be nice to only have one dress up nite. To many pictures, it would nice to be able to eat dinner without someone taking your picture. My room was kept very clean and I had a very good maid.

I was very dusappointed as soon as I got on the ship. I'm the type of person that likes to look up everything before I arrive so I know what I'm getting myself into. Majority of the things that your website said the boat had on it was not there. It felt like I was on a ship for retired people, everything closed early and when the Dj was playing music it was nothing you could really dance to. The DJ would see the dance floor is empty and changed up nothing in what he was doing to get the party started. The food was horrible, I had to live off your pizza because dinner was so bad. The buffet was ok food was dry and lacked flavor. Staff would cut in front of me in the buffet line to get their food! It was my friends first cruise for her 30th and she never wants to go on any cruise because of the expeirence she had on your ship. There could have been more activities and club nights, we are on vacation! No more old people games, they could have come up with some really good games with drinking involved. That pub crawl was pointless because you don't have that many bars and you only get one drink. It was just a horrible trip for my group and I and we will never suggest or step foot back on any of your cruise ships. I feel like I did not get a real vacation and I just wasted money. Define let not worth the money spent!

Steak House was great, chilain Sea Bass was delish. Buffet food were pretty good. 

Pizza and Blue Iguna very good. Side trip were also good. The people were great and the boat staff were perfect as usual.

Beds not comfortable as the beds on Carnival Pride.

Drinks purchased on the duty free were delivered in the morning of the debarkation while we suppose to live the luggage outside the room for expedite flight check in the night before. Does it make sense??? How i suppose to get the liquids on the flight?

Food --very greasy...and ...disgusting...

The night before debarkation...all bags were out by 8 PM...We came back from diner around 10.30 PM on deck 8. Stewards were all on the hallway waiting for guests and their tips. Around 12 am..they started to move the bags ...with a lot of noises...sleep if you can...

The debarkation was a nightmare..we were self-check...we were told that we can proceed any time for debarkation but we still had to wait for our deck # to be called...that was 2 1/2 later.

Bartenders are horrible...my son had a soda /juice package...they refuse to serve him...because he was a kid...in mean time they charge me for GRATUITY...

Everybody is treating us like ATM machines...

NEVER CARNIVAL AGAIN.

By the way I have an open case for a refund on gratuity for CHEERS and Soda package .

Thank you Carnival Gory for another great cruise. Cozumel was our favorite from the port to the whole island. Staff were very attentive  and helpful, no further complains, just enjoyed the cruise so much , no time for whining , I left it at home. Looking forward for the next cruise.

This was the best way to celebrate getting married. While every ship offers something different I would choose this one again. The staff and crew were amazing, all the events were alot of fun, the food was delicious and the excursion desk was wonderful at helping us choose the right adventures that suited our wants 

Had a great time the associates are very nice the boat was very fun with a lot of activities the rooms were clean we were at the very front on the first level inside right next to the service  workers rooms which we heard a lot of noise all night so we didn't get a good night sleep on the boat all week . everything else was good the weather was perfect the boat was clean the food was great the service was great dinner was great.

I recommend Carnival to all my friends and family. My husband and I have created memories that will last a lifetime. We were greeted by name and made to feel like we were the most important people on the ship! The staff was amazing and we are all set to cruise again very soon!!!!

This cruise was a nice cruise. I have been to 3 of the ports of call before and as always they were nice. I did not participate in any excursions this time for I just wanted to kick back and relax. The one port of call of Mahogany Bay was extremely hot but really nice. I would consider going there again. The only negative I had with the cruise was I paid the $25 for the Internet access and it only worked for me for 3 days so I could not keep in contact with my family for the duration of the trip. Carnival was nice enough to refund the $25 I paid. All in all It was a nice vacation and have another one planned for next year.

This was only my second trip and my partner's first trip.  It totally lived up to our expectations and in many areas exceeded them.  The production shows were amazing, watching movies on the deck and the comedians were worth staying up really late for.  The food was delicious and plentiful and the staff as friendly and attentive as they could be.  We were totally pampered for 7 days.

Cruise itself was good....food was good, especially burger and burrito bar..food service staff and steward staff AMAZING! Cruise director very energetic, much better than the last cruise director we had! Destinations just were not what we expected...private island not great... Western Caribbean was way better, this was not our first cruise or we probably wouldn't have booked again! Western Caribbean was way way better cruise!

Booking with Jack made everything easy, i did not have a single worry when i was ready to start my adventure. Grand turk is amazing, just wait until you see how blue the water is.
