We've been on 15 Carnival ships in 14 years, from Tropicale to Destiny. The Freedom was so spacious, not crowded, clean, clean, clean, friendly, and the excursions have improved so much! The entertainment was outstanding this trip - TICKET TO RIDE ROCKS! And the Music Connection rock band is outstanding, we've seen them on other ships, and they are great. The Helmet Dive in Cayman and the Jamaican Bobsled ride in Ocho Rios are the best we've ever done. We like it so much we may do the same one next year.

The ship was great. Had lots of shows and programs going on all the time. The ship was so big nothing ever seemed crowded.

From the moment we boarded, we felt like royalty. The room, in fact, the entire ship was spotless. The people were so friendly and nice. The food was fantastic. We loved everything about this cruise. It was our first one and we can't wait to plan a second. We have never felt so pampered in our lives. We have never been on a vacation that was as relaxing as a cruise. I can't say enough good about this experience. Even leaving the ship was great. Everything was so organized and well run. We loved this cruise!!

SHIPS THAT ARE NEWER ARE MUCH BETTER ,CARNIVAL JUST EXCEDED MY EXPECTATIONS THIS TIME AROUND ,MY 3RD TIME TRAVELING W/THEM , WIL DO IT AGAIN & WILL GO ON THE DREAM CARNIVAL NEXT...I CAN'T WAIT...RECOMEND THIS BOAT . 8 WOUNDERFULL FUN DAYS ...THANKS

The boat was AMAZING! This is my first time on Carnival Freedom and it was absolutely beautiful. The Big Screen was a nice addition!!!

It was everything I exspected. It was fun, relaxing and did not have to worry about kids.

As a divorced mother, travelling with my two sons, aged 4 and 9, overall I enjoyed my trip as the food was good and the housekeeping service was excellent-- our room was cleaned a straightened a few times a day. My complaints are around the issue of childcare (see below). Also, on days at sea, there was a serious lack of pool chairs. At 6:45 a.m., we got the last chairs available on our second day at sea. ON the first day at sea, we were unable to get chairs until 3:30 p.m. There was space for more chairs, so why weren't they available. I was really disappointed about that.

Carnival Freedom to Key West, Grand Cayman and Jamica was the worst cruise I have ever been on. I wouldn't recommend it to my dog!Overbooked, too many people, food was marginal and the staff was unprofessional, poorly trained and really did not care about helping the customers.

The ship was fairly new and had a clean comfortable feel. Our interior cabin on deck 1 was small, but comfortable. After all, we only slept there and spent most of the time on the verious decks.

food was terrific. the lido deck food was the best in the afternoon. I loved the Mongolian cooks, omlette chefs, and pizza and hamburg/hotdog offerings. I am impressed that Marija knew our names when we bumped into her on the lido deck. She is very smart and beautiful.

This was our 2nd cruise within 9 months on the Carnival Freedom. We LOVE the ship and the staff is extremely well-trained, personable and friendly. Though this was a "spring break" cruise, the itenerary made it more of an ideal cruise for families and older groups. There are so many activities scheduled that everyone can find something to participate in--or just relax on the several decks set aside for lounging or sun-seeking. Meals on this cruise seemed to be not quite as well-prepared as when we sailed from Rome (one steak and one fish entre seemed dry) ...it could be a different head-chef. The entertainment featured 3 full music-dance reviews--all of which we had seen previously, but we enjoyed them just as much the 2nd time. The comedians (3) were all great and we actually bought a couple of cd's from them. All in all we love the fact that the "fun-ships" of Carnival are no longer 24 hour party-it-up rocking boats, but now offer fun for a wider range of ages and interests. We will continue to look favorably at Carnival in the future for new and exciting iteneraries at reasonable prices.

The ship itself was wonderful. It was huge. I got lost just about every day. Everything was very, very clean and new looking. The pools and water slide were great.

My overall impressions of the ship met my expectations - have cruised on Carnival several times and they are basically laid out the same.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME ON OUR CRUISE VACATION. THE PORTS OF CALL WERE GREAT. WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED THAT THE STINGRAY TOUR WAS CANCELLED IN GRAND CAYMAN DUE TO WINDS. DIDN'T KNOW IT UNTIL WE GOT OFF THE SHIP AND IN CAYMAN. TOOK A TAXI TO 7 MILE BEACH. WAS $4.00 EACH WAY. DID THE BAMBOO BEACH CLUB TOUR IN JAMAICA. THAT WAS JUST GREAT! THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WE HAD WITH THIS CRUISE WAS THAT WE REQUESTED EARLY DINING (6:15), WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD IT AND WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE CHANGED TO LATE DINNER (8:15) AND WERE TOLD WE COULDN'T CHANGE IT. WAY TOO LATE TO EAT DINNER, CONSIDERING THAT THE SHOW IS AFTER DINNER AND NOT BEFORE....SO THE WHOLE NIGHT WAS JUST WAY TOO LATE AFTER HAVING A LONG DAY IN PORT AND GETTING UP EARLY THE NEXT DAY TO DO TOURS IN ANOTHER PORT. THE FOOD IN THE LIBO DECK WAS THE SAME EVERY DAY...NOT MUCH VARIETY AND SO PACKED SOMETIMES YOU COULDN'T GET NEAR IT. ALSO, YOU WERE OUT AT A PORT ALL DAY, WHEN YOU CAME BACK TO THE SHIP TO GET SOMETHING TO EAT, THEY WERE JUST CLOSING UP THE FOOD! IT SHOULD BE LEFT OUT SO ANYONE COMING BACK ON BOARD AT 3 OR 4 PM COULD EAT LUNCH....CONSIDERING WE WERE NOT EATING DINNER UNTIL 8:15!!!!!!!!!!! DISEMBARKMENT WAS A BREEZE....NOT PROBLEM UNTIL WE GOT TO THE AIRPORT...THAT WAS A NIGHTMARE! SO MANY PEOPLE PUSHING AND SHOVING. THEN OUR PLANE WAS DELAYED, THEN WHEN WE FINALLY ARRIVED HOME, OUR LUGGAGE WAS ALL RUINED AND RIPPED!!!! OVERALL, A GREAT TIME AND CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN...

Beautiful ship, very clean

the cruise was great we were pampperd and had so much to do we couldnt see or do it all in 6 days. everyone was very nice. our only difficulty was with before we went on the trip.

We sailed on the Carnival Freedom the ship was very clean and well maintained. . The service in the dining room was excellent. All the servers and worker on the ship were very friendly. Our inside room was very clean and cozy.
