My fiance had never been on a cruise (or even outside of the United States before) so I decided to try take her on this cruise for her first experience. It was everything I could have hoped for. The room was perfect for our needs, the amenities on the cruise ship were great for us (especially the come-and-go-at-will buffet since neither of us are big sit-down dinner people). The shows were also very well done. The musical performers were amazing. The people were super friendly. It was a great experience all around. 

My husband surprised me with this wonderful week at sea. Everything went on without a hitch. Your staff was there for us and our room was good size (7203), so much food, we tried every place to eat. Sat on the deck and relaxed, we watched a movie and got the much needed massage. Thank you for the time of my life and helping me celebrate my birthday.

carnival has cut back so greatly  you;ll  think you were on a cut rate company food was not of the quality that you have come to expect  the shows were only during late dining and there is to many smoking areas !

Diamond international is an unethical company widely promoted by Carnival. They say they have a 60 day garauntee; however, it is a lie. You can not return the moment you buy the item. They say you can return it; however do not mention only for store credit. Bad business ethics shame that they are promoted by Carnival when they say they want to protect their "carnival family". How is this protecting us?

Staff was awesome, as usual, but the food in the dining room and the entertainment wasn't as good as other ships that we've been on.  The beach in Mahogany Bay was nice.  Belize wasn't that great.  You had to take a 20 minute tender ride to get from the ship to the port.  Cozumel is the same as it's been the last 2 times we were there.  Good shopping but we have yet to go on a decent excursion in Cozumel.   

Entertainment was below average in the Victoriana and the other venues.  Comedians were best entertainment.  TV channel selection was lacking.  No Fox News.

Quality of food selection was spotty.  Usually had only one or two choices that I would consider in Dining room.

Guy's Burgers were a big hit along with the ice cream and yogurt machines.

Also enjoyed spending time in the covered pool in the back of the ship.

Waiters and housekeeping staff were great!

poor checkin very long lines insufficant clerks, same at embarkation it took 4 hours. poor food, I could go on and on, no more Carnival! everythng on board was late or did not happen at all

Nice trip, nice weather. Have done several cruises to the caribbean. Nothing that stands out as extraordinary except the hard working staff on board. 

This was my first Carnival Cruise&I loved every minute of it..

The Pros: Being able to sit inside the Lido restaurant&have coffee&just hang out.The special effects for the shows were awesome&they were great dancers&2 good singers..Guys Burgers was great,as well as the buffet on the Lido deck..

Cons:The Dining room food was not good.Not enough options&very little portions.My Mom&I are allergic to onion,so there was little to choose from... The Cruise Director was annoying to listen to.... Overall it was a great Cruise&I would do it again..

Everything was great. I Could not ask for a better vacation. Out of this world. I will tell all my friends and family to go thru Justin Willams @ Cruises ,com. All our needs were meet.

Had a great trip on this cruise.  Hospitality was Excellent.  The nightly shows Exceeded my expectations. Food and Food Service was very good. Friendly and Helpful Waiting Staff.  Would recommend this cruise to Friends and Family.

We had a great time and enjoyed our cruise immensely. The food was fabulous, the entertainment was awesome and the crew was amazing! Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary!

This was my best friends first cruise. And we loved it we had the best time ever. Ever thing went smooth and great. The only problem we had was with the pick of the liquor at the end of the cruise. I think they need to figure out another way of picking it up at the end of the cruise. That was a disaster but all in all recommend this cruise so mush fun.

Let me start by saying  this was our first cruise on this ship so there is no way for us to know how much of this is specific to this ship! We have been on Magic and Triumph on all our other cruises......On a positive note the crew on this cruise were generally very nice and friendly, but there seemed to be an inordinate number of trainees. We also enjoyed the group CDJamm, they were very good, as a matter of fact we felt they were the best music group we have ever seen on a cruise, talented, Versatel, engaging.  The bad was the food, the offerings in the main dining room were not what we have been accustom to and the quality of the food was subpar as well. The ugly started with the ill conceived new boarding process, we arrived at the time instructed only to find the longest lines we have ever encountered.  We were in line in security for over two hours, then in another line for our keys for 45 minutes but that was just the beginning....5 out of 7 nights we had to "take a number" and wait for @30 min for a table in the dining room.  We do Your time dining, and it did not seem to matter what time we went down to dinner they had a wait and the waitstaff we're dealing with more tables than they could efficiently cover..The last straw was the disembarking process...We were in a balcony room on deck 7 and are Gold members of the Carnival VIP program but were given zone 8 tags, when we asked why, we were told it was a priority thing, apparrantly gold only gets you a couple bottles of water....if platinum and diamond are 1&2 why can't gold be 3 &4 there were first time cruisers with higher priority than us. To add insult to injury, the disembarking process encountered several delays and interruptions not sure why but they were running so far behind they interrupted the self-assist process to let the Zone 1 & 2 priority passengers leave the ship, further delaying the rest of us. The final straw was being told there were times throughout the process when there was no one in the customs lines while we're stood in those lines for another 30-45 min with nothing to declare.  Bottom line we recommend you take a long look at your training and staffing on this ship at the very least.

good overall cruise.  room steward and dining personnel were wonderful.  Food was good except we did not think the lunch Lido Buffet was that terrific.  We got bored with the selections.  Wish we would have lunch in the dining room some days when available.  Getting off and on ship was easy and pleasant.  Getting tender was good and organized.  Entertainment was good - comedians were excellent even though one comedian did not make it on.  Shows were ok - somewhat juvenile although dancing and singing were good.  Bingo was slow and quirky.  Music around ship was good, although could not find live music at all times we wanted it.

We loved our cruise on Carnival and the help of Dawn Catlin with  in advance of the cruise was outstanding. Our only complaint for the cruise was the long lines to get checked in at Galveston and long lines again when we returned. Also, our excursion in Belize on an airboat was a disappointment. It was advertised to see manatees and there was none to be seen. We saw on young alligator and a few birds. Not worth the price in our opinion. Everything onboard ship was very nice and fun. The food was delicious and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the comedy entertainment and the singing by JR in the Red Frog Lounge.

Had a good time ,service was very good, food is not as good as in the past  entertainment  was not for older people, did not like the shows at night at all, was not my type of entertainment.

We went to Jamacia, Grand Cayman and Cozumel    All three places were great,  the snorkeling trips were perfect.  Cozumel the boat ride to the snorkeling site was great.   They worked with the currents and has incredible opportunities for pictures.  After snorkeling, we went to Playa di Mia , their own pit stop for a buffet and had nice drinks on the boat, beer, rum punch and margaritas.  great   The staff was perfect and helpful getting us on and off the boat..  This was my favorite excursion of the three we took. 

I can't say enough about the Cruise. It was not only going to be my 50th birthday. but it was my first cruise.  I really enjoyed that our Stewart (Semadi) took very good care of us, like we were his only cabin to take care of.  There was not a dull moment, packed with things to do. Food was great. But I will say this what ever they are putting in the lemonade, it was good and sweet lol!. I had such a great time I booked my next cruise already for year 2016. AHOY!!!!!

The cruise was good, it was too hot, the service was good.  When you are at sea for 2 days you need more activities.  Not just spa treatments, more games or something,
