Review summary

Staff was awesome, as usual, but the food in the dining room and the entertainment wasn't as good as other ships that we've been on.  The beach in Mahogany Bay was nice.  Belize wasn't that great.  You had to take a 20 minute tender ride to get from the ship to the port.  Cozumel is the same as it's been the last 2 times we were there.  Good shopping but we have yet to go on a decent excursion in Cozumel.

We did that cruise last year.  Belize was rather a drab.  We did the eco park and hindsight being what it is, we would never have gone.  I could have sat by the pool on the ship with no bug bites!

Rotan was fun, and the ski lift was a neat idea and the water was nice but had a fair bit of garbage floating around.  Sadly that cannot be helped, but I did like the no agressive sales there and the beach was fun.

Cozumel, as for excursions, we did Paradise Island and was worth every penny!  love that beach and would go back again!  Sales people were agressive but I can very easily bargain and say no and walk away!

Costa Maya was a bit of a let down as it was still pretty rough from hurricanes and such.  We went snorkeling there, which was fun.

Yes, tendering can be a problem and it slows down the process of getting on the island.  The next time we go to Roatan, I plan to just sit on the beach, swim & relax.
