I was not as happy with this cruise as I have been previously - the food was not as good - and the activities were not grand - Andy was a great director - just not alot to do

This was my fourth Trans Ocean crossing, the first with Carnival. It is inconceivable that I would willingly travel again with the cruise line.

This was our first cruise and we were not sure we'd enjoy cruising. It ended up being excellent for us. We got to visit 3 countries and left the cruise line take care of getting up there while we relaxed. We will cruise again.

The experience was otherwise great but the bathroom experience was horrible. Outside of the room, bathrooms were hard to find and some were smelly and not comfortable to use. We had exceptional services from the following crew: - Geydi,Junior Restaurant Host. She was most delightful and arranged a tasting and galley tour with Chef Singh. a most enjoyable and enlightening experience - Nisha, server in the Chic restaurant. She deserves to be a manager with her pleasant and caring attitude. Her team (Ganesh, Yoga, Gusti Matradi and Sohnrae) were also great

This was my first cruise, and will not be my last! All of the staff were kind, and helpful. There was plenty to do on the ship, as well as, in the ports. Andy, the cruise director, always had us laughing and kept the party going. Our bartenders, Jose and Gerard, were excellent! Yudana, our room steward, was very nice and kept our room clean. Food was excellent, and there was always something available to eat if you were hungry at any time of day.

This cruise was just what the doctor ordered for a vacation. The wife and I had an excellent time and can't wait till our next cruise. We enjoyed the ship, the activities, the food and the port stops. It was a great way to relax and take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We look forward to our next cruise!

Sea sickness is not for the weak at heart but after it is under control the cruise was fantastic!!

Relaxing and fun. Would absolutely plan on another cruise in the future.

Just got off 5 night cruise on Carnival Freedom to the Bahamas, and a lot has changed since we went on the Freedom last year. We loved it so much last year we went again, but the food and service were horrible. Had a balcony room again but this time the light didn't work and we were told that it couldn't be fixed, so we opened the curtains for some light out there at night. Buffet food was mostly dry and tasteless and finding somewhere to sit was awful; we actually left our food on the table to get drinks and came back to find people standing and saving our table and telling the waiter to clear off our table and they threatened us when we sai8d that the food and table were ours.. We are 71 years old and didn't want a scene so we just left. Tried MDR 3 nights; shrimp cocktail had 4 tiny shrimps; tried steak twice, ordered medium rare and both were very thin, mostly gristle with a tiny bit of overcooked rubber in the center. Salmon the other night was tiny, overcooked, dry and tasteless. Our waiter last year was the best but this year our waiter actually ignored us and I even had to get up and get my water refilled. Left and got pizza all 3 nights, which was the best food on the ship. Getting served at any bar was endless waiting, while bartenders seemed to only pay attention to drunks who must have spent the whole day there tipping them. Waited about 20 minutes at 2 different bars then went to a third bar, waited, ordered a beer and they were out of that brand. Don't they restock the ship before they leave the port? On a positive note, our room steward Wayan was great, friendly and showed us how to make a towel dog, and the cruise director Andy was awsome, funny and also helpful. We're booked on another Carnival cruise next year, but I think we may cancel and try another cruise line.

I have never had such a bad experience on carnival. I will chalk this one up to the staff and an older ship.

Was disappointed that my one excursion was cancelled same day 3 hours before it started but crew was helpful with my refund. Turks is a must!! Shows are a must. Eat the pizza and try a kiss on the lips drink. If you see yoga ( staterooms ) or Rico ( running comedy show) say hi!!!

The Amber Cove excursion was cancelled but the replacement we chose " La casa de la Playa" was AMAZING!

Cruise was the worst I've experienced with Carnival. Ship was short staffed and those working complained and were not friendly. My stateroom was nasty and had issues with shower. Horrible ship experience and the cruise director wasn't as active as Cruise director cookie. Which also makes a huge difference.

The best vacation ever. Cant wait to do this again.

On of the worst cruise experiences I’ve had thus far.. I was so uncomfortable that I probably wouldn’t try another Carnival cruise

We had a wonderful time. Weather was perfect. Ship and staff were super. Love sailing with Carnival.

The ride wasn't as smooth as we would have liked it to be, but the customer service that we received from the entire staff was great, especially Mark who was our drink server.

Great time. I was disappointed in activities and shows (comedy shows were subpar) but food was amazing despite waiters not being as nice and jovial as before. Great options for food.

This was the first cruise for my grandchildren and the goal was for them to enjoy themselves and they did, I myself would not cruise on the Freedom again, I preferred the more updated ships. Had an overall good time though

It was "Okay". Very few surprises. Guy's Burgers was a surprising bright spot.
