Review summary

Cruise was the worst I've experienced with Carnival. Ship was short staffed and those working complained and were not friendly. My stateroom was nasty and had issues with shower. Horrible ship experience and the cruise director wasn't as active as Cruise director cookie. Which also makes a huge difference.

Short staffed and the ones there were not friendly at all. Never received service on Lido or the shows for drink orders.

My state room was filthy, shower flooded and I also seen a roach in my room. Get steward Rambert Gordon back on the ship to train these people on how to clean and provide exceptional customer service with a big smile.

We were on this ship in April, we saw or experienced none of that. Quite the opposite in fact. Staff friendly, MDR was excellent, this is interesting.
