Eastern Caribbean Cruise itself was a great time but I would have loved to have sailed on a bigger ship and one different than Elation. I used to love sea days but this boat made it hard to enjoy because it rocked the whole time.

This was such a memorable experience for my mom and I. It was a 50th bday gift to her and we loved everyday of it. It's something for anybody and everybody I encourage people to travel with Carnival you will have the time of your life.

I may never cruise again! Unless someone assured me all boats are not poor maintenances. Mainly because we could not enjoy the outside at all.

As a first time cruiser, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but Carnival exceeded the expectations that I did have by a mile! Every staff member was a delight, and all activities were so well organized. It was so nice to go on such a stress free vacation where everything was already planned out for me...all I had to do was enjoy! Will definitely cruise with Carnival again!

We had a wonderful time as our first cruise, however we have decided that although the staff was amazing on this ship we will be choosing a ship with a more updated decor, a larger serenity area and more activities for our next cruise.

My wife and I and our friends had a great and fun time. Our wait staff as the dinning room was very good, which made our meals pleasant.

I had a great time, and would love to go on another cruise one day.

Overall we had a fantastic time. The staff and crew were exceptionally courteous. I cant even rave enough about how amazing Chris was. He truly was one of the nicest, funniest people I have ever met and he seems to be made of pure energy. The food was delicious, though some dishes were remarkably small portions requiring multiple orders to get a satisfactory portion (the seared Ahi had 3 pieces of tuna about 5cm long x .6cm thick on a huge plate). That aside, all the food was quite tasty. The only real disappointment was the singer I mentioned above that made most of the shows difficult to enjoy.

If you are not a "fun" person, don't get on a carnival cruise. This line is really more for laid back people who don't nit-pick everything to death and are easy to please. If your a stick-in-the-mud, old-at-heart, a jaded a-hole, or everything just has to be perfect for you, get on a more "refined" cruise line like NCL.

Foods and entertainment are desperately needs serious improvement

overall it was a really fun trip, just wish traveling with the baby was a little more accommodated, and that our trip to Freeport wasn't wasted. but staff and food and drink were great.

First time cruise, excellent experience. Loved the Grand Suite and the room service. Needless to say, Halfmoon Cay was an out-of-this-world experience.

We had a good time. 5 days was long enough for all of us.

This was a great starter cruise. I will be back for sure. Already working on planning our next one.

We had a good time! We especially enjoyed the island stops. Daughter got a bit seasick on the ship but Dramamine kept it in check. There were a lot of people so it was hard to find peace and quiet except in our room.

Other than being enjoyable, we brought back a lot of memories. We really enjoyed the islands and the water was beautiful. We enjoyed the shows that where performed.

Could have been a lot better, the Grand Suite is not worth the additional cost.

Our first cruise and we loved it. You've just got to go for the experience if nothing else. We can't wait to go again.

All in all, we had a good time. Normal staterooms are not good for a couple and a 2 year old. Way too small. Elevators were lacking, ship design just okay.

I think I summed it up above. Many families not happy. I will not cruise Elation again.
