Review summary

First time cruise, excellent experience. Loved the Grand Suite and the room service. Needless to say, Halfmoon Cay was an out-of-this-world experience.

It was a bit surprising that they did not honor any of the drinks programs purchased on the cruise, on this island, even when this island is owned/operated by Carnival. They need to change this policy.

Huddling inside the waiting area, with no place to sit and the cruise personnel asking us to go inside (there wasn't any vacant space), was not the best experience.
