Review summary

For the most part it was really nice. Could use new lounge chair padds in serenity adult area, but for an old ship it was kept up. Maintenance crew always working.

disembarkation was awful...we had to drag luggage down (4 flights of stairs) Not easy when you are in your 70's. The line to wait in on the 9th floor to go down to 3 was horrendous.For such a large cruise line you think they could do better.
