Very good design, but the directions to get around the ship could be improved. On Royal Carribbean, they have digital signs that tell you where you are and where you are going.

Our Grand Suite gets a poor rating, because there was Methane gas seeping from the bathroom constantly and this of course made it uncomfortable, breathing that harsh smell. I complained but nothing was done. They need to snake their drains and clean them out from time to time. And there was not any hot water, only luke warm, and the balcony was filthy. When we arrived there was still a cocktail glass on the balcony from the previous cruise and the balcony stayed filthy the whole cruise, they said they were going to clean it, but they never did. The rusted metal grate above our heads was rusted out and rusty water kept dripping on our clothes and a rusty bolt stayed on the deck of the balcony, the whole cruise, so I know they didn't even try to clean it, not to mention the heavy metal grate was only being held by one rust bolt, we complained but nothing was done and the bolt was still laying on the deck when we checked out. Out of 5 previous cruises, this was the worst cabin and I thought that paying extra for a Grand Suite would ensure us to have a nice, roomy relaxing cabin. I was very disappointed. So was my wife.
Ship tip
This ship is 20 years old and it is showing alot of signs of needing a major over haul. Alot of repairs.
I like this port, I live in Jacksonville, Fl. But the transportation to get there and back is confusing. I and the wife used Uber to get to the Port for the cruise, but when we returned we were told by another passenger that Uber is not allowed to pick up passengers, only drop them off. REALLY????
AWFUL!!! They closed all the elevators and i and my disabled wife, i am a disabled service connected Veteran and my wife is disabled due to a tractor trailer crushing her. I had to carry all of our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and in the process i injured my neck and lower back. We booked the cruise and the Grand Cabin, because we thought we would be better taken care of, told VIP treatment. If this is VIP treatment, i dont thing i want it.
