I still love Carnival and I will give it another try, but this was a far cry from the other cruises I have experienced upon the "funship". Unorganized, poor communication regarding to the activities aboard ship little to NO activities for tween-teens so please don't go expecting them to be entertained. Ports of call were nice, the ship is clean and the staff are great.

Was a great first cruise. I had so much fun I came home and immediately booked my next cruise!

We can't wait to come back and hope Neil and his crew are still there

Was our first time cruising and it made for a great Senior cruise for our daughter who just graduated high school.

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. Wish we didn’t have to wait in long lines. The Bahamas is gorgeous. More affordable excursions would be nice. All the carnival employees we encountered were amazing.

I had a great time & loved the friendliness of the staff. The Elation ship is very old & is small. Needs to be retired & replaced with a bigger ship with more onboard activity options with a larger pool/more pools, more water slides, rides, etc. This is a small ship with limited options.

Wouldn't do this trip again -- a long way to travel from CA to spend only 2 partial days in 2 small parts of 2 small islands in Bahamas --- low-brow entertainment -- sad to see so many 300 pound+ people aiming for the buffets and ice cream bar, elderly in their wheelchairs, and people staying on -board even at ports just to eat or play in the casino.

We were quite pleased with the ship and crew. We were there to relax which we did.

This was our first cruise and we had an absolutely wonderful time! Our only regret was not going on a longer cruise. We will definitely cruise again!!!

I don't think I would ever choose Carnival again. Norwegian to me is the best, even during the pandemic they never changed, skipped on anything. Carnival being cheaper but you get what you pay for

I was upset that Carnival has the right to change the cruise at any time. I bought this cruise to see Nassau, which got changed to Bimini a week before we left. I wouldn’t have bought it to begin with if that was the case, but I made the best of it and had a great time!

I wouldn’t do that cruise again. Food was so so. I wish Carnival would cruise to other ports occasionally from Jacksonville. More option from Port Canaveral and lower ports. If you want to kick back and relax it isn’t a bad cruise.

I have avoided the smaller older ships previously. I am very glad we got such a good deal and were able to experience the Elation. I definitely want to cruise on it and other smaller ships again.

I had a wonderful time on the cruise. The one thing that I feel can be fine better is the kids club for the 2-4 years old.

The Elation was one of the smaller ship, but it was clean and apeared to be well maintained.

The experience was not the best. The food was ok, the ship is old and there were too many unsupervised kids and teenagers in huge groups taking up the public spaces. Not once did I get into the pool.

The cruise was great however those planning to us e carnival's transportation be aware. It was really unorganized...at least for our day from MCO to port. So many issues and it's probably related to the outsourced company. Maybe some staff was on spring break. I usually don't post negative stuff but TRUST me, it was a zoo. Much better processes in place leaving the port back to MCO!

What was great, the sun and the fact we were not at work. The cruise was to a place that we had not been before and that is what we were looking forward to. Disappointed that we did not in my opinion receive the Carnival treatment we have become accustomed to. Wish I had checked that the ship was old and small. We are not people who struggle with sea sickness, however as I sit and type we are three days post ship and are still struggling with MDDS. The Cruise Director and entertainment staff could use some help and retraining for sure.
