The staff are there to help you enjoy your experience on the cruise. NOT to wait on you hand and foot. If you bring your children..there still YOUR children keep up with them not staffs response ability This is not a floating 5 star hotel nor should it be. Every one is trying to enjoy there Cruise be polite or stay in your room, there's more to enjoy if you make an effort!
