Review summary

Ok guys I know things happen, but you have a Great response and recovery team! The maitre D"s are dead on ! Solved any and all questions about food and cook time. And the Madelina Was perfect. Made the whole group feel like Family..I never met anyone that smiled so much and made us feel missed.

Cabin was warm..I told customer service and the tech beat me back to the room! But he said he could do nothing because it was within cooling temp.

Ship tip

The staff are there to help you enjoy your experience on the cruise. NOT to wait on you hand and foot. If you bring your children..there still YOUR children keep up with them not staffs response ability This is not a floating 5 star hotel nor should it be. Every one is trying to enjoy there Cruise be polite or stay in your room, there's more to enjoy if you make an effort!
