Guest Services staff were not interested in a bad excursion experience, bought from them! Pretty much said there's nothing they can do about rude staff and amenities not available as advertised. All other staff were awesome!

Nice and clean, needed more chairs in bars, smoking in casino is disgusting! Isn't there a back corner that could be smoking??? Not the main hallway that you have to walk through to get from bow to stern!

Average Carnival room, aft balcony had great views but not really all that much bigger.
We chose the all inclusive Breezes beach day-be warned.... it's not all inclusive because when the employees want to stop working for the day they say the water is too rough to do any excursions involving the ocean! They just shut down! The lady in the excursion/ equipment use building was rude and unhelpful. Acted like we were bothering her. When back on the ship we alerted the guest services staff, not even half of the fees we paid were offered as refund, nothing! The facilities were nice and clean, but most staff were not glad to see us. I wouldn't ever go back.
