Interior is old, dirty. Smell of sewage the last 3 days in halls. Food subpar. Don't waste your $ on the steakhouse. Buffet was gross. Minimal activities. Steward and wait staff were the only things positive on this ship. Never again!

This was a great trip. The food wad great. The staff and crew was fabulous. I'm looking forward to my next cruise.

Stateroom was hot and i called maintenance they didn’t show the first time they came the next day after i called twice just to say it was fine

I was very disappointed in the Buffet. The food seemed to be recycled from the prior night Dining Rooms. They painted the ship at every port, so 3 of our days, we couldn't use our Balcony.

The Cloud 9 Spa is nice — but it’s not as nice as the one on the Carnival Magic. Our cruise director Lee was great. The comedy was great as well. The debarkatiom process could have been a little more organized. But overall, this was a great cruise at a reasonable rate.

The crew on the ship are awesome. So clean. I was very impressed

We had a Wonderful time on our honeymoon.The service was awesome. The service was fast. Room was cleaned every day.

Boat very crowded, a lot of wait time in the lines, wifi very poor, room swelled like exhaust from the engine room, long wait on the exersions.

Need better activities in the daytime not everyone plays bingo or wants to go to art shows everyday

love the improvements...faster check in, faster check out, better food quality. of course the staff is superb. u will love it. not so many drunk people standing in the pool made the pool better for kids.

Cruises are nice, but they require patience. I advise finding your own activities on shore.

Enjoyed the sunbathing on the 10th floor as we were in shade most of the time on our cabin veranda. Had a wonderful experience at the Chiefs Table on the second sea day. Would recommend "anytime dining" in order to work in a meal during your busy schedule. Brunch and Tea time on sea days are a must. Went on an excursion at each port. Shopping the booths near the pier is a must in Cancun. Enjoyed the sun bathing on our veranda on the way back to New Orleans.

The funnest vacation I have ever been on. The entertainment is amazing. the shows were unreal! The Cruise director Lee was the best, he kept the party going and was very engaged with all the guests and made this cruise very enjoyable. the food and service is second to none. every meal was exellent especially the desserts yum yum. The port are amazing and un belizable, the Rio Secreto in Cozumel was the funnest shore activity we did. tons of fun will go again.

Housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent. Food went from very good first 3 days, to average in the middle. The menu for the last night looked better but we missed it due to getting norovirus. We ate only on the ship and on one carnival sanctioned excursion in Belize. We went to ship Dr. and were then confined to cabin for last night. I kind of expected Carnival to follow up with at least a sorry and to see how we were doing, but that did not happen. We were still vacationing for another week while in the southeast, and the norovirus kind of ruined a good part of that. Hand wash stations were hard to find and often malfunctioned (kept spitting out soap). Plenty of antibacterial stations, but hardly ever saw anyone using them and the staff did not push use like the Holland America cruise we were on. I am a hand-washing fanatic and will not touch my food scooped up from a buffet, so not sure what else I could have done.

It was an enjoyable trip indeed. The staff was friendly and prompt and the cabins always clean with a towel animal to brighten your day. I had so much fun with shore excursions. Cherished memories throughout this journey.

Best experience we ever had, truly wonderful, the was very beautiful and very clean.

Loved the Ship, but was disappointed with the Cheers package

Everyone and everything perfect, staff friendly, room clean and destinations fun, what more can you ask for?

I am on vacation. I try not to let things get me down, but this cruise was a little harder to that. Given the some of the staff was unresponsive and unprofessional and the entire sintistikn of the linen closets and the grotesque odor leaving the room because of the paint thinner. I can honestly say that I will not be traveling with Carnival Dream for a good long while. I hope that if I speak with a crew member on something that should be reported or updated on, that it gets done.

Best crew we have ever sailed with. If they want to do maintenance on your balcony, tell them no. unless you enjoy paint fumes.
