This cruise was our 4th/5th to take. Our last cruise was in 2003. We took friends along for their first cruise and it was great watching them enjoy themselves. Customer Service is still great for the most part. Although, the few complaints that I had were not given much attention. I always had better luck going to someone of lower rank than to someone in uniform.

Good for first timers, but those with cruise experience on more refined ships will be disappointed.

Great food and Service in the dining room and state rooms. Can't help but to have a good time.

Very nice easy to find your way around, only thing was on certain areas, to get there you had to go thru the Renoir or go to another floor above or below it. Also needed better signs for the deck you were on, clocks to post the times, and the fun ship news letter posted in frames in various places for a quick reference to the activities for that day.

too many smoking areas on the boat , it really stinks up the areas, a real turn off.

Not a trip I would do again. Lines, lines and more lines.

We had a fog delay and the website said check back for updates on delays at 10:00 am eastern and there were no updates! I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes before carnival answered she had NO answers as far as what was going on or delay time. We drove in later than we were going to and got there at 12:30 where we were greated by the rudest parking people I have ever met! We waited in line for hours and finally got on the boat at 8:30 pm and then they announced that we were hit by another boat and were waiting for Coast Guard to inspect and give us the clear to go and after they finally did that they closed the port due to fog again. We finally left at 8:30 am Monday morning and found out they were not going to go to Jamaica now and instead going to the worst port I have ever seen Progresso. There were 2 pools but they were very small and they were ice cold! The hot tubs were only hot about half the time and the employees couldn't speak English and if you asked them a question they would just walk away and ignore you cause they didn't know English. When we tried to talk to the front desk about missing out on Jamaica she said "You are wasting your time here because Carnival does not give comps or credits and we should be wasting our time somewhere else on the ship!" We were also supposed to get a free excursion from by booking with them and when we went to get our excursion Carnival made us pay for it and said they have never heard of giving free excursions. I will never ever cruise Carnival ever again and everyone I know will know about our bad experience!

Cruising on the Conquest was fun. I do recommend it.

I can honestly say Carnival Cruise Lines have the customer service down. From the time I walked on board to the time I disembarked I was blown away. The Carnival Conquest is a wonderful ship with all the amenities. Pools, Spa, entertainment, room to move and so much to do on board the at sea days were as much fun as the in port days. The balcony room was bigger than I thought it would be and very clean. The room stewart was the best, and took our request to heart and provider the services we requested. The lounges and bars were top shelf while the restaurants were fantastic and the food choices were amazing. On board entertainment was outstanding. The fitness center was very nice with state of the art exercise equipment. The Spa services from salon to messages all fantastic. The crew was warm and friendly and willing to help at the first request and went out of their way to follow up and make sure I was taken care of. I cant recommend Carnival high enough. They are a mid priced cruise line and the "Bang for the Buck" is wonderful. At this time where our economy is down I felt it was money Very well spent and the overall satisfaction was huge.

You do so much right to be so bad in one area. Your policy of being able to smoke in the piano bars will keep us trom coming back. Most cruise lines allow smoking in gambling area and outside only! We could smell the smoke even on our 6th deck. Many areas smelled like a sewer!

It was a nice ship, with a few drawbacks. It was hard to get away from the smokers. We were hit in the face every night after dinner, there was a lounge right across the hall from the doors. We tried to avoid area's that the smokers were, it kept us out of the casino, lounges, etc. Outside decks were often closed or off limits to quests. Deck 6 and 7 have outside walkways, they were closed after dark. Decks 11,12 and 4 were closed often due to winds. The bow (very front) was off limits to quests.

The service, staff and food are second to none!

Outstanding vacation/cruise! Great food -- great shows -- excellent staff -- excellent atmosphere! We really enjoyed the "Punchliner" comedy shows.

I enjoyed being on this ship except for the sparcity of places to enjoy music. Also, there were no sports channels for American Sports... no bowl games televised.... No FOX news....

I was impressed with the cleanliness & decor as well as with the outstanding people throughout the ship to help in any way that I needed. I would definitely recommend this shipt o family & friends.

This was my first cruise, and i was very impress with the service not one employe on the ship look unhappy to be workin. The ship was very clean!!! Its not very fancy with the decorations but was really my home away from home for the week. I have mention to friends that sometimes I need a vacation from vacation. NOT ANY MORE, I got so much rest Im acctually excited to go back to my nine to five rutine.
