Review summary

This cruise was our 4th/5th to take. Our last cruise was in 2003. We took friends along for their first cruise and it was great watching them enjoy themselves. Customer Service is still great for the most part. Although, the few complaints that I had were not given much attention. I always had better luck going to someone of lower rank than to someone in uniform.

Went on the Playa Mia Beach Break. Nice amenities, except for the very watered-down free drinks and the very rocky beach.

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Dunns River Falls was fantastic. The only thing to make it better would be for the tour guide to slow down and let us enjoy the experience more.
Don't Miss: Dunns River Falls

George Town, Grand Cayman

Had a lot of fun with the Jeep 4X4 Excursion. Can't say much for any beach time. The coral reef is everywhere.

Pros: Service

Cons: Too many smoking areas
