If you cruise, I highly recommend another Port than Miami. The amount of people that get away with taking drugs on the boat is disgusting. The crowd down there is not kid friendly nor is it adult friendly if you are just looking for clean fun. Marijuana can be smelt through the whole boat including balconies and rooms. People are mostly rude and play nasty music through their blue tooth speakers. The staff were very professional and the food was good. The entertainment was descent and there was always something to do, as there is on all of Carnival cruise ships.

Great amount of time to cruise and plenty to do. Great entertainment and specialty dining.

I am a Carnival lover. I’ll always use them! This cruise I had a noisy room but outside of that, everything was as expected!

From beginning to end our cruise was perfect! Everything was taken care of for us. We felt so spoiled. We had no worries or concerns. All we had to do was have fun. It was a perfect getaway.

I love the Carnival cruise line. This cruise line is so much fun. Never dull.

Disappointed in Carnival. I love to cruise. Have been on many including past Carnival cruises. This was by far the worst. They are putting their focus on young adults to the detriment of those over 55. Will be cruising with someone else from now on.

OVERALL CRUISE WAS GOOD, BUT CARNIVAL RIPS PEOPLE OFF ON THE THE THINGS LIKE SODA, $6.00 DAY, RAFTS AT HALF MOON BAY $20.00 ETC ETC.

Outside of the food poisoning, the trip was great.

My cousin invited us to tag along. This was my first cruise since COVID and I was excited to have my mom along with me because she’s never been before!

We have cruises with Carnival many times before and we have always had a great experience; however, this ship smelled terrible and the food has gone down hill big time! Lack of options at the buffet and the formal dining had terrible food. We ended up having to eat pizza the whole time.

This was not a newer ship; the balcony was rusty everywhere which was not esthetically pleasing to want to sit out and enjoy the view. I would've got a room with a window and been okay with this. Otherwise, the general area of the ship itself was fabulous , staff was great and little minor issues here and there but enjoyed

I basically wrote everything in each category. I believe Carnival should treat there customers better especially when my husband is a Plantinum level. It meant nothing on this cruise..... only benefit was free waterbottles.... I even own some of the stock. Very upset and will not cruise carnival again At all.

Based on this experience I cannot say I will cruise Carnival again. The Conquest needs to be remodeled and brought up to modern standards. The wait staff was incredibly rude and though trying to keep an open mind and positive attitude this trip didn't add that special moment we hoped for our anniversary.

They had a sewage issue prior too is boarding and didn't inform us. The smell carried throughout the hall and into our stateroom. We complained and still haven't heard from them.

The service that we received on this cruise made the experience so much better. When it came to entertainment I enjoyed Lawrence the cruise director, Karaoke, and surprisingly Jewelry seminars with Cam.

i have cruised a lot, this is my second carnival cruise and prob. my last. from the horrible embarking experience to them not being able to separate mine and my friends accounts so charges got all messed up. I was charged for things that where not on my invoice, and called customer service and was told that they only way to get answers was to email, and that no one i could talk with. I am still waiting to here back a week later. I also have not herd back on a inquiry that i made about leaving something on the ship. And to top it off there was over 200 that went onto my sail card from casino winnings that i have not received back in my account that was linked to my account.
