We had a great time and I have a created a cruise monster! My nephew will without a doubt be back for many more cruises throughout his life! Carnival has been a great cruise line for me and my cruise group, and I plan to sail with them again and again! They are called the fun ships for a reason! 🛳️

In spite of a few negatives, We had great weather and a great time.

We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, dining room was supposed to give us our recognition on Friday night at dinner, I guess they forgot.

Quick getaway on smaller ship. This is a great itinerary for first timers. Great ship and crew.

Make the most of the time you have and be flexible. We all know life is what you make it. Make it great with Carnival cruises. We had a wonderful time with a group ranging from 21 - 85 years old. Something for e everyone.

Was a lot of swingers this trip, very rude, and vulgar. Other than that enjoyed myself on cruise.

I would not recommend the Carnival Breeze to anyone.

Overall, despite hurting my back with all the walking (arthritis), I enjoyed every minute of it! Like I stated previously, go with a good attitude!!! Be prepared to walk a lot!

First Time Bringing Our 2 Year And The Cruise Actually Turned Out Good. We All Really Enjoyed The Cruise

It was a 9 and a half hour drive for us but we wanted to try a bigger ship than what New Orleans offers. Glad we did. The Breeze was very nice and embark/debark was just as easy if not easier than New Orleans. When ready to drive that long again we will definitely be willing to do a Galveston Port again. Come on Carnival Junilee !!

This cruise was not up to the Carnival standards that I am accustom to. I did not interact with Guest Services during the cruise, usually too long a line. I did not have many problems with staff on the boat. Most were pleasant enough and helpful, when asked. 1. Jeefry, our Stateroom Attendant was wonderful and attentive. Our stateroom was well kept and Jeefry was great with helpful advice and always wore a smile. He was the saving grace for this cruise. 2. The service in the dining room was subpar to non-existent. We were seated in an alcove that would have given one small person claustrophobia. The servers barely spoke, rushed us through ordering and eating. The final night of the cruise, they seemed to be trying to overcompensate for the previous 3 nights. My concerns? 1. The Breeze may be an older ship, I don't know, but it seems that way. It seemed worn out and not as clean as what I am used to from Carnival. In the common areas the carpeting was extremely worn and looked dirty, window coverings almost tattered, rusting staircases, etc. There was a constant odor of sewer gasses and fuel smells in areas throughout the ship. Air conditioning was inconsistent. 2. I ordered 2 cases of water for my stateroom, but only 1 was there when we arrived and the second was never delivered. 3. The food in the dining room for the 8:15 dining was, to be kind, not good. The shrimp cocktail, the first night, was tasteless and very unappealing to the eyes. The brisket was overcooked and tough. The second night I had fried oysters as an appetizer and paid the extra for the surf & turf. The oysters were disgusting, the lobster tail so overcooked it was tough and almost impossible to cut. The steak overcooked and barely edible. Third night I stuck to Caesar salad for appetizer (not much to go wrong) and the sirloin steak (maybe should have learned by this time, not to order beef) was cooked medium, I ordered rare. The last night, started with a soup that was really good and ordered the Penne dish, dry and adequate at best. 4. Breakfast in the Blush restaurant was WONDERFUL. Service was great and food was excellent.

Too crowded, mediocre entertainment, food was ok ……………

Horrible. Many Passengers are this ship had no consideration for others. Let their children run wild up and down the hallways disturbing others. Ship smells of urine and vomit. Many drunk people. Pool is crammed with passengers.

Was absolutely amazing I will probably never travel any other way going forward

Carnival needs to go back to higher standards they seem to think less is more but they are wrong

Carnival Breeze is well organized from beginning til end. Food was great, casino was fair, BBQ was the best! Drinks at alchemy was delicious...hint 40 is the new 20! If your Cabin is on Deck 1 towards the middle just know thew crew on 0 work thru the night 🌙 count the bangs instead of sheep 🐑 😀 😄 😉

Aside from the food and disembarking, I would suggest this cruise

The overall cruise was great. I think the food menus could be better and the alcoholic drinks not so watered down.
