This is hard to rate ! The waiters and room stewards I would rate a 4 or 5 star! Guest Seevices I would give a 1 star or less as we had multiple issues/ concerns and they did nothing to correct or satisfy the customer

Freezing, asked for extra padding , brought chlorox wipes to wipe down furniture and phone was disgusting! Too small for 4 people. Ok for 2 . Shower drain was slow … stood in 2 inch water .

Hate you didn’t enjoy the trip. This is the first review I’ve read of too cold from Texas in the peak of summer. 🥶 For your next sailing, on any cruise line, study your deck maps. Not all elevators to go to the same places for various reasons. Too bad they can’t install a Willy Wonka elevator, that thing could go anywhere.. when you booked your cruise, did you book through Carnival or an independent agent? If you booked through Carnival, the credits you were missing would have been detailed in your booking and order details. I’ve never had, nor personally known anyone who booked through Carnival direct to not have access to all of what was booked. I have however seen many who use independent agents not get what was promised, and this has nothing to do with the cruise line, but everything to do with the third party. Better luck next cruise

Replying to some of the responses … Hecklers …. Native people bothering you every 2 minutes trying to sell you something while you’re trying to relax on the beach Annoying!! Not my First Rodeo …. The set up of the room was horrible … can’t imagine if we didn’t have the balcony and it wasn’t 4 adults. Thanks for assuming though ;) As far as how cold it was on the ship … I knew it was crazy show when a male comedian added it to his skit during his show … if that tells you anything … guests had purchased sweaters from the shops on the ship ! I spent half my trip at guest services … I ordered a cake and strawberries to be delivered the first day together for our anniversary… we show up and the cake is there but no strawberries…. They tell me they have till 11pm to deliver so technically they have done nothing wrong … I explained I ordered together so I expect delivery together! Never apologized or offered anything … same thing with water… I order 1 24 pkg … 1 12 pkg is delivered and I asked about the 24 pkg … they stated they have till 11 pm to deliver the other 12 … the same spill … Never have heard of such a thing in my life ! Final blow!! We had cash credit, casino credit, and bar credit in the app mysteriously it disappeared after the cruise set sail along with our promotional drink pkgs … all they repeated was they have nothing in the system I am still trying to get this taken care of and they state may take up to 45 days!!! Will never use Carnival again! The old saying “ you get what you pay for “

Appreciate your detailed feedback. Sorry you were disappointed. Strange some ships are too hot but this one was too cold.

Stating the issues you had and took to customer service would help the rest of us. Details are beneficial to all and many here can help you with suggestions to hopefully prevent mishaps in the future.
