TERRIBLE !! If I could take that one star I would. We were trapped in the hallway with luggage,Wheel chairs, women and children and no air. It was hot and people were sitting in the floor outOf desperation. The crew became frustrated and hostile. We waited almostAn hour andAHalf toGet off the ship. Very poor! This process needs IMMEDIATE revision to beMore customer centered. The lastFeeling I had leaving was angry, tired and frustrated
