The overall cruise was great. I think the food menus could be better and the alcoholic drinks not so watered down.

The food was not as good as it has been in the past. The drinks had very little alcohol. When you pay that much for a drink, it should have alcohol. Melcar was our waiter in the main dining room. He was amazing.

I found that nobody wanted to help you. Bar was very slow and the machines weren’t paying at all. I doubt I’ll go back toa casino on future cruises.

We had to visit guest services about our excursion we missed. They were able to refund 60% of our cost for the excision.

We paid the 5$ to text our group. Half the time we didn’t get our messages or it took a long time to get them. One in our group couldn’t even get this app to work. It could use some work.

This port has come a long way since the last time I cruised to this port. It still has some work to be done. The beaches are not very pretty.

Disembarkation

This was crazy. People were waiting on elevators to get to their Munster stations. People were going in different directions. Half of the elevators were closed. We had to drag our luggage down two flights of stairs to get to our Munster station.

I'm confused; why did you feel you had to go to your muster station before disembarking the ship? While it is true they call everyone by muster station if you're carrying off your own luggage, you don't actually have to physically go there. You could have saved yourself a little of the frustration that is always part of disembarkation day.
