when I'm utilizing the buffet on Lido deck, I often used smaller plate, smaller portion, then come back. What bother me the most is one particular female Staff ( Believed she fro Mexico) constantly harassing me about using the hand sanitizer, she did not ask others but me, not sure why.

The buffets had exceptional food, lines were very short or no lines. Great piano players and singer songs and guitar player. Really enjoy it.

The Buffets served mostly the same selections as the Dining Rooms, so for our entire 14 days we avoided the need to dress for dinner and enjoyed the ease and fine food and service provided at the Buffet. It saved a lot of time and effort, allowing us to plan other activities.

Elke Director of customers relations was nice but, had No Support by other Officers F&B did not go out of the way to please me or Compensate me for poor service.Which since we did not go to are Eastern Caribbean Cruise that we wanted we should have got 100 % excellence service to make up trip.

Ship is extremely easy to maneuver. Wish there was no smoking in the casino as the smoke tends to linger throughout the ship.

Movies under the stars should have closed captioning. There are 24 million Americans alone with hearing disabilities. The ship makes too much noise for the hearing impaired.

Prefer mid ship rooms on higher floors. They are most convenient for getting to the top of the ship and less bumpy than rooms in the front or back of the ship.

Lunch buffets in cafeteria were very bad. Carving station meats were bad (they were carved with the grain, when in fact, they should always be carved against the grain of the meat). We couldn't eat the meat....very tough and not able to cut with a knife.
