Horrible cruise ... staff rude .. food only mediocre... don’t travel if you need assisted services .... they guy in charge kept telling everyone to sit down then he was screaming at the people that they missed their number called. Couldn’t even open a wheelchair. Very bad experience .. never travel on Princess again to expensive for what they provided!!

Our second cruise, both on Princess. It was relaxing, fun, educational and a food extravaganza. The canal was all we hoped it would be, and being 10 days we really felt we had got away from it all.

we had an amazing cruise, the only area of improvement I would suggest is the quality of the food and the Lotus Spa staff was too aggressive in selling additional services and products

We had a great time. The ship was top drawer and service was great as was food and drink.

The Panama Canal has been on our bucket list for years and finally got there. The Princess Cruise Line, in our opinion, is the best for our budget. The crew and officers appear to enjoy their jobs more than other lines and it is a well trained staff. There was nothing we ask for that was not immediately taken care of (not on some other lines). The ship maintenance was exceptional. We constantly saw officers walking around looking for areas that needed attention, taking pictures and sure enough that day or the next whatever seemed to be wrong was fixed (from loose baseboards, cracked tile, etc). The second day, someone experienced a medical emergency that required Coast Guard Helicopter evacuation. The professionalism of how it was handled was amazing. We were provided updates as to what we would experience, timeline for areas of the ship that would be closed for safety, etc. Ample pleasant staff to guide us, the Captain on the PA ship wide system giving information, etc. He then told us that we would not lose any time and that he was speeding up to cover the lost time slowing down for the Helicopter removing the patient, etc.

We traveled with friends so there was a good balance of time with them playing cards and enjoying each other's company and time to enjoy the excursions. Besides the two excursions I mentioned, the real highlight of this cruise was your staff -- from front desk to room steward to dining staff. You could not ask for a better group of people!

I'd have to give this cruise a B-, C+. The windy weather and my cold dragged it down. I want a do-over!

Outdated ship infrastructure which was not large enough to handle the crowds.

Good experience but could have been better if we had made all ports of call.

We enjoyed the trip because it was selected for the destination not the ship activities.

It was my first cruise on a Princess ship. Overall the cruise was disappointing and I will not book another Princess cruise.

I enjoyed my cruise with Caribbean Princess. I had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to cruise with Princess again. The food was excellent. The entertainment was excellent and the service was excellent.

The cruise was wonderful! Now that I know more about how cruises work, if I go again, I will know what to ask and look for in an itinerary and ammenities that are important to me.

This trip made us rethink booking a Princess Cruise again... The generator broke which slowed ship down. Ports changed because of engine problem. Our deck was without water in the room for one day. Water was brown the next day. All without any explanation or apology. Cabins looked worn.

Fun but disappointed with Antigua and Grand Turk! We really wanted to see Turks and Caico! Food was good and entertainment was good! We enjoyed A J Clark and piano bar! The ship was older and needs to be revamped!

Not impressed. Previously princess was my favourite cruise line by far. Currently I would have to put holland America as my first choice followed by Norwegian

It is by far the best one I’ve been on. Princess is the only way to go!!

Panama Canal cruise is a bucket list for cruisers. It was a very good experience. Aft cabin is a must to really see the lock working.
