Review summary

This trip made us rethink booking a Princess Cruise again... The generator broke which slowed ship down. Ports changed because of engine problem. Our deck was without water in the room for one day. Water was brown the next day. All without any explanation or apology. Cabins looked worn.

I just got back from sailing on Caribbean Princess. Yes the ship is older and had some problems nothing in perfect in life. I had a wonderful time. Don’t matter who I sail with I always always buy bottle water. Sorry to hear you got sick, but bottle water no matter who you sail with.

I sailed with them on 2010. There was an isuue with the water, they said that it was a problem with the filtration system so it may taste a little "salty". We are pretty sure they were serving sea water everywhre Food, showers, soda machines, EVERYTHING!!!! I ended up getting sick, went to the doctor who diagnosed a stomach virus due to the water served day before. I debarked straight to hospital and had an appendix surgery and 19 days on IC unit😑. Never EVER sailing with them

Wow, sorry for your experience. I would definitely call and write the cruise line. They will change if they get enough calls from the passengers. We are thier income.
