The Caribbean Princess is Amazing !!!! The Staff was Excellent!!!!

Food in main dining room was "just okay," about what you would expect for catered dinner at a so-so wedding. On day one, I thought the buffet choices were good. By day seven, the same exact choices had grown tiresome. The room steward was great and some of the staff were wonderfully friendly. Some, however, were a little bit surly. The finishes were nice enough, in concept, but they have grown a little thread-bare in actual appearance. Time for a renovation.

Loved everything about this cruise and this ship!!! My husband and I stayed in an inside room for the first time and it was just enjoyable as our previous balcony room!

First time on princess, and loved it. Food was fantastic, Lester and Samuel were great in the Palm dining room. Definitely will be cruising with them again.

Wife and I loved our experience with the Caribbean Princess and amazing staff.

The staff were all friendly and nice, enjoyed the food in the island dining room, there were plenty of good movies to watch from the t.v. in your cabin, bathroom smelled a little, got a little dizzy from the boat rides to the ports, Grand Cayman and Belize was filled with lots of souvenir shops, I got a little scared at night when the ship was rocking back and forth a lot, loved how they had a fitness center so you can burn off all those calories from all the food you ate. Overall, the cruise was awesome!

This was our first cruise. We were extremely happy with everything including food staff excursions and of course the youth center. Looking forward to our next cruise on princess

I missed out on a lot because of the outings booked they took to long or crammed too much together. There were things I wanted to do in Grand Cayman but couldn't. I wanted to go to 2 places but the only thing you had did everything so I only go 10 mins here and 15 min there. Other than this I loved it. Next time I will book personal tours and not use the ship ones.

It was a great cruise. I had just gotten off the Carnival Sunshine two weeks earlier and although both cruises were a lot of fun their was noticeable differences. I can say the service on the Caribbean was excellent. Staff was every where trying to help....from getting you juice and drinks on the lido and in the buffet. All the bar tenders were great and remembered your drinks. We also had the drink package and Princess lost money on us. The heist game was fun and we won, which made it so much better. Food in dining room was great. We had anytime and were still able to have the same servers, who I might add were terrific. I mentioned the first night how come the bread is not warm. They heated it up for me and every night after they brought me warm bread. There was an older crowd on board...I am a senior citizen and seemed younger than most, so the night life was sparse. Shows were okay nothing great. Trivia was always fun...we won a few times. Casino was tight...not a winner there. No problem finding a deck chair around the pools. I would recommend this cruise for people who like great service, laid back atmosphere, and good food.

Princess is going the way of their sister ship Caravel without the price discounts. It’s service has gone from excellent to ok! They have cut entertainment, food and services. They are nickel and dime you to death! And Customer Seevice is not good. May be a time to switch cruise ships .

I always felt Princess Cruises were the best cruise line until this one. It is now just average. This is because they did not do as they promised. They promised on board credits because they removed one of the Ports. We asked about this and were asked for proof. We found the proof and were told that the contract was changed and we needed to contact our travel agent. Because of the poor cell phone connection was poor we lost connection three times. The agent could not get the information to us. We returned to the ships customer services and were told that they did not have enough informational help us. I paid for 7 people in four rooms. Princess has moved down in our opinion.

Cannot wait for my next cruise on princess ....we had a fantastic time on the Caribbean princess and we were treated like royalty

I sailed the East/West Caribbean on the Caribbean Princess from 14 -28 July. A quick review : Food - Adequate. Buffet - Small, and limited choices. Entertainment - Amateurish, terrible. Staff - Brilliant. The only saving grace. And why, why, why was there no Caribbean rum on the cruise? A ship named the Caribbean Princess, sailing the Caribbean. That's just ridiculous! Princess cruises, you had your chance, and you blew it.

We love Princess Cruises!! A awesome experience and will go again.

For those who are cruising or have cruised on the Caribbean Princess and you’ve had a change in itinerary due to propulsion issues, how many ports was your original cruise scheduled for? Also, is it always the first port that gets cancelled? We are scheduled on the July 7th cruise and our ports of call are: Princess Cays, St Thomas and St Maarten. I could care less about missing Princess Cays since it’s a leisurely beach day, but I would be upset to miss St Thomas or St Maarten as we cruised there last March and it’s the reason for our return.

The cruise was pretty good but the elevator's were so crazy. You never knew which way they would go.

The ship was very clean. My cabin B614 was always clean by cabin steward Helen. The crew was very friendly. The elevators were extremely slow. Sometimes bypassing the buttons or the floors that people were waiting. Getting around the ship otherwise was pretty easy. The food was average at best sometimes reminding me at the buffet it was almost like eating at Denny’s.
